You’re right. There was an issue on our end with incorrect JVM memory settings, and it did cause the performance problems mentioned. That’s on us.

As soon as we identified it, we corrected the configuration to properly reserve memory and stabilize performance. We’ve made multiple attempts to reach out and asked for the mods to be re-added so we can fully test everything under load, but we haven’t received a response yet.

This does not reflect our standard at KCB Hosting. While we wish this had come through a support ticket first so we could have fixed it immediately, we still would genuinely like the opportunity to make it right.

If you’re willing, please reach out to us directly and we’ll personally ensure everything is running the way it should.

KCB Hosting is a really good hosting company with top tier support and this is the 2nd time I use their hosting as they have top DDOS protection and overall, KCB Hosting just never fails to keep my server up and running.

Excellent Hosting & Support

I’ve had a great experience with KCB Hosting so far. Their service is fast, reliable, and quick to respond, especially when it comes to support. The team is very friendly and actually takes the time to help instead of giving copy & paste answers.

They’ve also been flexible and generous when needed, occasionally lending resources or helping out beyond what’s expected, which is something you don’t see often with hosting providers.

I’d definitely recommend KCB Hosting, especially if you’re running a FiveM server and want solid performance with responsive, helpful support.

KCB hosting so professional and great…

This hosting so professional and have great plans, You can get experience and cheaper plan in same place
Both are working well,No lag and Network too strong, when i play in my smp i got nice ping
KCB Hosting support team also so professional, they handle every customer nicely, no compromise

10/10 Server host

Honestly Great host helped me when i needed Staff are super freindly especially the founder really helpfull. not only that really reliable host ive used the for just over a month no downtime no nothing its been perfect genuienly recommend KCBHosting if your in need of a host 10/10. (i could say so much more and sorry for bad grammer)

Best hosting so far lag free 24/7 support fast support team everytime I open a ticket the staff team I so fast to answer no issues with the host no crashing just the best like I have never seen any hosting better then this keep it up yall 10/10

Owner of the hosting software reached out to me because I was using Zap hosting at first I did not trust him at all but then seeing everything that's included and how cheap it all is I was 100% on board and not to mention when I transferred server he moved all my files for me without me having to transfer them myself and waiting 10+hrs
