I made a mistake and ordered the wrong kit, ordered the correct kit at the same time. Emailed the office and they didn’t send the wrong one and refunded me. Great customer service. Thanks
Good stuff for the Benzo reagent it needs a bit more work to identify specific benzodiazepines. So you truly know that you are take but still a fantastic product as is and 100% recommenced
Luke as an amazing guy and helped explain to me why it’s important to use both ehlrich and Hoffman test kits. Delivery came quick and product works great 10/10 service :)

Recommended, will buy from again
I've bought two reagents from Kays, so far and although I'm definitely no expert in the field, they look like they work as advertised and are easy to use. Also, you're getting over a hundred tests per bottle. My only regret is I didn't go for one of the bundle deals, as I'll probably be buying them one by one, as I learn more about how they're actually supposed to be used! Postage was fast, too ,which is always nice

Can’t fault this fantastic product that covers most bases. Such great value for money. The porcelain try is well worth it. And the red spoons are the perfect size.

Cards are very helpful.
Guys reply to questions very fast, totally satisfied.
Delivery to Europe needs customs though, which is +20% to the cost.
