High quality garage door - looks brilliant and operates perfectly. All staff we dealt with were extremely helpful, professional, and friendly from initial contact and quote through to the final installation. Would use this company again and recommend without hesitation.

From the first communication, Kay Garage Doors were great. The first visit to assess the old garage door and give us options was completed by a friendly, knowledgeable man. He made suggestions we hadn't even thought about.

The quote was competitive & had much more benefits included in comparison to others e.g.taking the old door away, no requirement for a deposit before fitting the door.

The fitting was seamless. As I had to work, I literally gave the men the key to the old door and a few hours later it was fitted. It looks fantastic, is quiet and enhances the house.

Love this company the Lady on the phone was great when I called asking for information on garage doors- also when my husband paid over the phone they were patient with him -all the staff we dealt with were the same from the salesman/surveyor and the fitters - everything was dealt with quickly and they were very professional - I would say if you are looking for a beautiful garage door great price and they also offer a yearly service if you are interested in this service they with get in touch with you with the price etc-give them a call you won’t be disappointed

When my very old double wooden garage door collapsed on me, Saved by my boat and unable to lift it back into the closed position I contacted Kay Garage Doors who sent out two engineers the following day and closed and secured the door. I then asked for a quotation for a new roller door. this was accepted and ordered. on the day it was scheduled for delivery and installation the Kay Garage door team came on site
as a longtime retired engineer and FM. it was a joy to watch them go to work and after a few hours I had my new door fitted and fully operational. I am most happy with my new door. and would highley recommend this company.

I sent them some photos of the issue with my garage door they came up with a solution and came out pretty quickly (faster than I thought they could which was great) and fitted it. From the outset when we received our quote we were taken by the approach and professionalism of anyone we spoke to or communicated with at Kay Garage Doors. The lead in time to have the door fitted was very reasonable and in the end arrived far sooner than we had been advised.
In terms of the installation process, we received excellent workmanship and friendly staff and continued wonderful communication.
As for our door - outstanding and looks great. What an improvement.
