Same as everyone else on here ordered 3x canvas in May never received- sent numerous emails to them they respond now & again. They finally offered refund in July which I accepted but never received. Had to raise a claim with Paypal - only then did they supposedly send the product out - they then supplied a tracking number but as it was dated after my claim date Paypal found in my favour as it was an invalid tracking number- have only just got my refund via Paypal. Do not use them they will use every excuse and do not believe them even if they provide a tracking number.

This site steals artworks from hardworking artists, removes their signature and sells them online. But don't expect to receive any order, they are thieves. Don't be fooled into parting with your money. Check the other reviews

I ordered a print on May 16th. Today's August 20th and I still haven't received it!
I asked about my order late June and LTE July, and they did at least reply, so they get one star.
Their last response, on July 27th (more than 2 months after ordering):
" We are shipping orders every day (we do not ship on weekends only). Your order is on its way, and you will receive it very soon. Thank you for your patience!
We will provide you tracking details within 24-72 business hours. "
Well, I didn't receive it very soon nor did they provide me tracking details.

I'm now writing to o request a refund 🤞🏻.
Scam.STAY AWAY and save yourself some headaches!

Ordered a canvis poster, it arrived 3 months later. Didn’t have any oil protection on it and had long scratches on the surface with a HUGE fingerprint smudge at the top Center. They replied to my first two emails but after I provided pictures of my concern they completely stopped responding. Save your money and buy elsewhere.

ordered almost 3 months ago, they do reply to all emails and mentioned that they basically struggling duo to current situation. item arrived. give them a chance.

DO NOT ORDER! This site us pure scam. They never send products and ask you to wait two more weeks. Lost patience and asked for a refund. Just got told to claim a refund from VISA. After that, total silence.

Ordered and paid on May 26. It is now Aug 15 and the products still haven’t shipped!!! Stay away from this scam

Ordered and paid from a print on 29th May, and still waiting for it to arrive. After many emails back and forth to these people, I have now given up of ever receiving this. I have this minute contacted my credit card company to chase a refund for me (£44.71). Do not use this company, as I suspect it is a scam.

Absolutely terrible. Been waiting for several months now and nothing... they keep saying it will be delivered.
I’ve requested a refund and to cancel my order and they have advised they don’t do refunds. A complete fraud.

If I could give this a negative I would ordered wall art back in May and never got it they just kept emailing me saying it’s on the way then I got an email saying my package was dead mail got to the post office to only find out they just put enough postage and handling on my package to get it close to my mailing address and that’s it the post office said since it wasn’t enough postage and handling on it do they labeled it as dead mail and said the company didn’t even put a return address and wouldn’t even except it back so they threw it away #scammed

Ordered a canvas ( advertised via Facebook) on the 3rd of May. Tracking "not working" via the Kashkel website. Several emails back and forth, each one promising that my delivery was on it's way. In July I was told that they can refund me if I ask. At this point I had already asked for a refund! At the end of July I sent (6th!) email in capital letters to insist on a refund, only to receive a reply simply stating that they are "not processing refunds at this time" and to contact my bank!
I am livid! 100% scam.

I ordered a wall canvas back in May and I just received it two days ago. Now this is after numerous emails claiming it was on its way. When I received it, it was like a 8×10 of the canvas I ordered. I sent an email to complain and the female basically called me a sucker in a professional way. I advise no one to order from this place it's a scam and they should be arrested for taking people's money.

Cette entreprise ne tient jamais ses engagements. Ce sont des arnaqueurs. Ne passez aucune commande

Lies, order postponed 3 times, no refund despite they asked it if I wanted it but afterwards refused. They say I must do it through my bank. Bad service from the customer service.

If there was a minus option, it would be that. Ordered some "wall art" on 19th of may..still not been shipped! Email after email ive sent and the main excuse is covid 19 and my delivery date keeps changing..and apparently Irina is the only person working there as shes the only one emailing me with the continued changes to my delivery date...i should have known better, other than police who else can i report them to to get a refund please? Would love to be proven wrong @kashkel

Looks like I am one of many. I ordered a print in May and still waiting. Asked for a refund but keep being given a new date for arrival. Glad to hear that one person has received their item. Note to self - always read trust pilot first!
UPDATE:
Finally received my order 8/8/20 - nearly three months after ordering. The colours are good as advertised on their website but I have to say this has put me off buying from this company ever again. I also had to pay an extra £16 to have the canvas released from customs. Apparently this was stated in their small print! This monetary demand came direct from customs and I ignored it first time thinking it was a scam. The company correspondence is S**t!
Just one final note. If you expecting your canvas in a frame think again. I now have to find a framing company and pay for it to be mounted. An expensive purchase all round!

Ordered painting on the 13th May.. 31st July..today it finally arrived, for people who are still waiting there is still hope

I wish I read the reviews before I purchased. I ordered my print May 16,2020 its now July 31st. I've emailed 6 times and they keep saying thank your for your patience and your order will be processes in 24-72 hours its been 6 days. Reporting to BBB. No discount nuthin. :-[

like everyone else it seems I've been caught out. Ordered print in April and still not arrived. Asked for refund and ignored. Please don't get caught out!

Laughable... I would laugh if my experience was not how bad. Ordered 5/22 arrived today 7/27. the Canvas was folded and jammed into an mailer tube. It will cost more to mount than what I paid for the canvas. What the hell? I would ask for a refund, but I am sure I would never see it.. Covid it not.. Covid would explain the delay, but the false representation of canvas art..."mounted" and then to have it wadded up and shoved in a tube... damn...
