Karltone were fantastic, they had the valve I required and shipped it quickly. The packaging was top notch and really protected the valve...other companies could learn from this

Karltone had the best price for the valves I needed. They arrived the next working day, very securely packaged. When I tested them before use they were perfectly matched.

Easy, fast and competitive.
Easy to order, a lot of products to choose from, easy to filter when browsing, the buying process is easy and straightforward, delivery time is very good (all 3 orders I had so far took less than 3 days, which is a hell of a lot better that other shops I’ve dealt with in the past). As a general rule, products are cheaper that competitors.
I’ll be ordering again in the future.

Very prompt service at a bad time of year. I bought some jj, ecc83 medium drive pre amp tubes. These have given me more clean head room on my Marshall DSL combo, making it much more versatile.
I am really pleased with the product and the service.
THANK you so much.
