recently purchased a pair of shoes from Karl Lagerfeld online, and my experience has been very disappointing.
After wearing them, they caused severe discomfort around my left toe. The pressure from the shoes has led to strong pain in the bone, making it very difficult to walk comfortably.
This is extremely concerning, as I did not expect a product from Karl Lagerfeld to cause this level of pain after such minimal use.
Due to this experience, I cannot recommend these shoes. Comfort and basic wearability should be a priority for a brand of this level.

Hice 2 entrevistas hace más de un año y recién hoy me llega un mensaje diciendo que la posición ha sido cubierta, jajajajajajajaja
Por no hablar de que la Store Manager que me hizo la entrevista para una posición de Assistant Store manager (o sea, por debajo suyo) no tenía ni un cuarto de la experiencia y el nivel de buenos modales e idiomas que tengo.
Una vergüenza!!

I ordered a thing from them that didn't fit my girlfriend, I decided to make a refund, more than 21 days have passed since the return, the money has not been returned. In response, they tell me that the parcel is lost and we do our best to find it. So it's clearly not my problem that there were problems with delivery. For my part, I have done everything, but they continue to send me template answers with regrets and unsubscribes. Never buy anything from them. Avoid this shop. It's not worth it. If you don't like something and you want to return the parcel, then be sure that you will not get your money back and the parcel will be taken away.

I have been a loyal Karl Lagerfeld customer for years and expected premium quality and professional service. Instead, I have experienced months of delay and procedural deflection (30Nov25-10Feb26).
I reported clear defects in two items, a pair of jeans and a sweater, supported by detailed photos and available purchase documentation. Rather than assessing the defects, Customer Care repeatedly focused on asking me to match receipts to internal product numbers, something a consumer cannot reasonably reconstruct.
Despite multiple explanations and a request for senior review, the same question was repeated and my latest messages have gone unanswered.
At this point, the issue is no longer just product quality, but the unwillingness to properly review a legitimate complaint. For a premium brand, this handling is disappointing. I remain open to resolving this directly.

Thank you for your response.
I must strongly disagree with your conclusion that there is no valid proof of purchase. Over the past months (since November), I have provided multiple receipts, detailed photos, and extensive information, all shared via email and part of this case history.
At this point, the issue is not about receipts. The defects are clearly visible, and it is evident that these are Karl Lagerfeld products. It is also important to note that all receipts provided are from Karl Lagerfeld stores. As such, I would expect Karl Lagerfeld to be able to recognize and match its own product codes and transactions. This is not something a customer can reasonably be expected to do.
The continued focus on identifying a specific receipt, rather than assessing the defect and providing service, is both surprising and unacceptable. After months of communication, this approach feels procedural and dismissive instead of customer-focused.
I kindly ask you to:
Review the full case, including all emails and attachments shared since November
Use the information already provided to identify the relevant purchase(s), rather than shifting this responsibility to me
Assess the complaint based on the total information available
I expect confirmation that this case will now be properly reviewed and handled accordingly.

I had worst experience ever with Karl Lagerfeld. Bought an expensive swimsuit, Fedex delivery driver left the package in front of our frint door, literally in the middle of the road as we have no gates or driveway. When i got home later that day the parcel went missing. Contacted customer service, took a month to communicate with them and finally they said that the parcel was delivered safely and no refund is issued this time. Will not buy wver again from this brand. A V O I D !!!

Expérience profondément décevante avec Karl Lagerfeld.
Commande de deux paires pour Noël (211,50 €).
L’une arrive défectueuse dès l’ouverture de la boîte : strass manquants sur un modèle dont c’est pourtant l’élément central. Pour une maison de cette envergure, laisser sortir un produit dans un tel état est incompréhensible.
Ensuite, des semaines de démarches :
mails à répétition, demandes déjà traitées redemandées, refus d’échange alors que le modèle était toujours en vente, propositions successives contradictoires… J’ai dû insister lourdement pour faire reconnaître une situation pourtant évidente.
Après retour du produit, j’ai enfin été remboursé — mais pas intégralement.
Il manque 11 € sur le montant payé.
Aucune explication préalable claire, aucune anticipation commerciale malgré un dossier long et éprouvant. Et aujourd’hui encore, je dois continuer à réclamer pour récupérer cette somme.
Au-delà des 11 €, c’est surtout le principe qui choque :
quand un produit est livré défectueux, le client ne devrait pas avoir à se battre pendant des semaines pour obtenir un remboursement complet.
Un cadeau de Noël transformé en parcours du combattant.
Très loin du niveau de service attendu d’une marque premium.

Je tiens simplement à préciser que le remboursement n’a pas été intégral. La paire retournée valait 110 €, mais seulement 99 € m’ont été remboursés.
La raison est que vous avez retiré les 10 % de remise appliqués lors de ma première commande, qui portait sur deux paires de chaussures. Or j’ai conservé l’autre paire, donc cet avantage restait normalement acquis pour cet achat.
Concrètement, la remise accordée au départ a été récupérée sur le remboursement d’un produit défectueux, ce qui explique pourquoi il manque 11 € aujourd’hui.
C’est surtout ce point qui rend l’expérience très décevante pour une marque de ce niveau.

This company is a joke , starting with the customer service , they don’t know how to handle customers , they are strictly stupid when it comes to help , they give you 3 days to fill an formular if you don’t receive your order but if you don’t fill it they won’t help you anymore, if you forget about it 1 week that’s it , your money gone. Also they have a contact form which they don’t reply of course, or maybe they reply after 1 week without any issues from their side. The products that I have from them to be honest are very expensive and the quality is same as primark .. I won’t recommend any item from them .. everything is copied from other big brands , very unoriginal 🥳

Ik kocht een mooi handtas in Bangkok (iconsiam) na 1 dag kwam er al van alles los.( soort visgraad structuur) Ik was heel erg teleurgesteld . Dit is mijn eerste “dure” handtas. Deze tas werd onmiddellijk gewisseld. Maar na 2 weken kwamen dezelfde stukken weer los en peelde de zwarte afwerking van de schouders er gewoon volledig af. Omdat dit een product was in solden willen ze geen refund of wissel doen. En zou ik zelfs moeten betalen om dit te repareren. Serieus?
Ik ben diep teleurgesteld en vol ongeloof in de “service” dat ze bieden. Ik laat het er niet bij. Al moet ik de hele dag aan de winkel staan om de klanten te informeren over hoe je handtas er na 2 weken uitziet en hoe ze falen in
de service. Nooit koop ik nog iets van dit merk!

Atención al cliente nefasta y gestión absolutamente inaceptable. Compré una chaqueta a través de la web, pagué en el momento y, posteriormente, me escriben informando de que varias clientas compraron a la vez y que, por ese motivo, no pueden enviarme el producto.
Lo más grave es que la chaqueta sigue apareciendo como disponible en la web, mientras a mí me comunican que debo esperar hasta 10 días para que me devuelvan el dinero. Es decir: cobro inmediato, ningún envío y una devolución diferida por un error que no es responsabilidad del cliente.
Como “compensación” me ofrecen un 20 % de descuento, opción que rechazo, ya que yo no compré un descuento, compré un producto. La mala praxis y la mala gestión no se compensan con promociones.
Experiencia muy decepcionante y totalmente evitable con una gestión de stock y una atención al cliente mínimamente profesionales. Actualizo: ahora ni siquiera me devuelven mi dinero, me piden qie envíe mi documento de identidad y una foto de mi cuenta bancaria por correo, jamás me habían pedido una información de esta índole por correo electrónico para realizar la devolución de mi propio dinero. Evidentemente, no voy a enviar tal información, por lo que se quedan con mi dinero. VERGONZOSO!!!

Escribo esta reseña porque después de comprar me asusté mucho al leer opiniones negativas, y creo que es importante contar mi experiencia real.
Compré una chaqueta en karllagerfeld.com (web oficial) EN PERIODO DE REBAJAS y El pedido se marcó como enviado, pero durante varios días no aparecía información en GLS ni en la app Shop, lo que genera bastante ansiedad por el precio y las valoraciones en internet.
Contacté con el chat en vivo de la web y me respondieron al momento. Me explicaron que estaban en una transición de sistema y que el paquete ya estaba en manos de GLS, aunque aún no se reflejara en el tracking.
Finalmente el paquete llegó dentro del plazo indicado. La prenda es original, correcta y en perfecto estado.
Conclusión: no es una estafa, es normal que de cientos de envíos que hacen al día hay algunos q salgan mal, obviamente esos son los reseñados y no los que salen bien como el mío, asiq pongo esto para aclarar q no es una estafa

Ordered two items online, received one item in wrong size. Contacted customer service and was told both items were in back order. (At the time, I still see the sales on it's website!) I cancelled the order and returned the item in wrong size. The customer service confirmed that I would not be charged for the return fee after sending multiple emails. I got the refund for the item WITH THE RETURN SHIPPING FEE TAKE OFF. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS PLACE, ESPECIALLY THE ONLINE STORE!

Absolutely appalling customer service and will never purchase from this company ever again!
Purchased a "premium brand!" Hand bag for my wife. Item came with missing dustbag for storage. After many emails exchanges in which they confirmed this should have been present they decided to back-track and say it doesn't come with dustbag. Card inside handbag states it does but K.L refused to accept or send item.
