We’ve always been very happy with the quality of the products too. Any minor issues we’ve had (which is very rare) are always addressed immediately and professionally.

Having used Westpack in the past, with no end of problems- I was over the moon to find a uk jewellery packaging company that blew Westpack into the weeds ! Potters (now Karina Krafts) I have just had a my second shipment through to restock from my initial order a year ago……..perfect, and great value :)))
Product quality is outstanding as is customer service from Alex and the team.
I could not recommend buying from Karina Krafts more highly…… and they are a uk firm !
