Kaplan Committment to Pass
We are confident that with your dedication and our proven real estate licensing program, you'll pass your exam on the first try. If not, take advantage of the Kaplan Commitment.
If you sit for the state exam within 30 days of completing your licensing program (or less if your specific state regulations requires) and do not pass, Kaplan will continue to support your studies for the same state exam at no cost to you. Our professional instructors will work with you one-on-one to create a personalized study plan unique to your specific strengths and weaknesses. You will also continue to have access to Kaplan’s exam prep tools and expert instructors up to 18 months (this may vary by state) from initiation as long as you are engaged in your studies and adhere to the plan.
*Kaplan Commitment applies to course purchases on or after 8/26/24. Kaplan reserves the right to adjust the continued study access period (in accordance with state licensing agency rules), and in no event will the access period and support services extend beyond 18 months. This offer is void in states where prohibited. There are no extra costs for Kaplan resources associated with the Kaplan Commitment for students. Access to an instructor, courses, and materials will be provided for the duration of the individual’s development plan as long as the student continues to adhere to their plan. The continued enrollment without additional charge cannot be transferred to others. Refund policy for the original enrollment does not apply to the continued study access period.

The only issue I had was with trying to see on the final exam the chapters I couldn't get to, one I clicked on, where you would get access to the chapter. Other than that, it was great

Jasmin's Excellent Phone Instructions to Submit Test Via Internet
The Kaplan Continuing Education booklet mailed to me was excellent. To submit my payment for the book and my answer sheet for the test was impossible. After many attempts and total frustration - I called Customer Service at 800-330-9411. Jasmin gave me verbal step-by-step instructions over the phone. Her instructions were detailed and GREAT!! She was very patient and made it SO EASY! It was a fast TWO submissions when I used her instructions. For me, it was a miracle!
1. I told Jasmin she should write the step-by-step instructions. (I wish I had a recording of them.)
2. The instructions should be tested by someone who (1) never had to pay for the booklet over the internet and (2) never submitted test answers.
3. Instructions should be updated as needed.
4. The Kaplan website should include the instructions UP FRONT with Headers easy to find and understand. This would eliminate frustration when: (1) paying for the course and (2) taking the test.
I am so THANKFUL for Jasmin's expertise and patience!! She was FANTASTIC!!
