We are confident that with your dedication and our proven real estate licensing program, you'll pass your exam on the first try. If not, take advantage of the Kaplan Commitment.
If you sit for the state exam within 30 days of completing your licensing program (or less if your specific state regulations requires) and do not pass, Kaplan will continue to support your studies for the same state exam at no cost to you. Our professional instructors will work with you one-on-one to create a personalized study plan unique to your specific strengths and weaknesses. You will also continue to have access to Kaplan’s exam prep tools and expert instructors up to 18 months (this may vary by state) from initiation as long as you are engaged in your studies and adhere to the plan.
*Kaplan Commitment applies to course purchases on or after 8/26/24. Kaplan reserves the right to adjust the continued study access period (in accordance with state licensing agency rules), and in no event will the access period and support services extend beyond 18 months. This offer is void in states where prohibited. There are no extra costs for Kaplan resources associated with the Kaplan Commitment for students. 303-Post Licensing SCAM?
Dear Kaplan, just because a person is an Agent/Broker doesn't mean they can teach what they know.
303 (Post Licensing) was drastically different from 301 and 302 (taught by a real instructor). 303 was an old recorded video of a guy teaching an online class, with extremely long silent pauses as he conversed with his unseen and unheard students. He constantly went on about his personal life - ad-nauseam! I realized I wasn't learning - so I went over everything AGAIN using the Real Estate Manual, and walking through each of Kaplan's chapters, quizzes and tests, retaking them until I was sure. Then I pulled down the STUDY GUIDE provided by Kaplan and went through each. I noticed some of the Kaplan material was contradictory with the Real Estate Manual. On the Proctored final Exam, many of those questions were NOT on the study guide, nor were they talked about during the online lectures. Also, many of the Exam questions had more than one right answer - so credit should've been given for either answer. Dear Kaplan: There is a plethora of rules and guidelines in Real Estate - it is impossible for anyone to know ALL areas. The Exam should be reflective and focused to a certain percentage of YOUR own Study Guide and the materials you present. Do better, please stop scamming people! I think this is to have students pay again for the class(es). This is UNACCEPTABLE.

Good and bad
The courses themselves were great. Randomly being logged out mid-video was very frustrating. Kaplan should consider making an app. I'm sure many agents/users view courses on a mobile device. Apps are easy to create these days and it should be a no-brainer in today's world.
