Ok, Kapow toys have always delivered on their promises....if I order an item, I receive exactly that.

I just wish there was some sort of reward or points scheme to honour loyal customers.

Also I have subscribed to their news letter in the past and never received it.....maybe I'm doing something wrong.

Kapow get their figures, most times than not, before other places. Prices are cheaper, and items are ell packaged. Would love to see some more DC items, and more sales, but great nonetheless.

PS - BEST places for Mezco in the UK.

One of the best places to buy toys or collectables in the UK and I got movie masterpiece Ironhide and he was broken in the box and they happily replaced him and also got movie masterpiece Megatron on the way so can't wait ☺️

Had a package that showed no progress on the track and trace, so I emailed Kapow and apparently DPD somehow did not scan the package, so it got lost. Kapow immediately offered me a replacement order, which got posted the same day.

So yes, I am very content with how things were handled!

Pre-ordered two S H Figuarts Marvel action figures (Bucky and War Machine Mk 4) back in December 2018 and both items arrived perfectly on time - and were really well packed. Excellent service from Kapow Toys and great pricing too! Many thanks, will definitely pre-order with you again.

Ordered a Takara Tomy Transformers Masterpiece which arrived fast and in perfect condition. Very happy with the product. Second order placed today so I have high expectations which I am sure will be met.

As I live in the UK it's hard to find decent transformers and actions figures, I did look on bbts but as it shipped from the US I didn't want to by them. I was recommended kapow toys by a friend and I would also recommend them

Superb and excellent toy store. Really diverse and exciting range of products, in particular a wonderful selection of Transformers and 3P toys. No-fuss next day shipping, and they provide mint boxes (or advise box condition) on request so they're great for mint collectors OR those of us like me who open and display figures. Wonderful customer service and friendly communication via email too, clearly staffed by people who care about what they're selling and the people they sell it to. Definitely my first stop for any toy purchases. Currently trying to stop myself dropping £270 on Masterpiece Beast Wars Megatron but if I do, it'll be for sure from Kapow. :D

Ships damaged products and refuses to refund or replace them.

Been with them for years, I hope to continue for years to come. They're amazingly helpful, kind and have an excellent track record.

I don't order frequently from Kapow, but they are reasonably priced and extremely professional. Considering it would cost a lot to import most of what they sell, they provide a service many other UK retailers can't or don't offer. If you're looking for Transformers in particular, then this is the place to visit.

I have ordered 3times from kapow toys and will continue to do so as they r an excellent trustworthy company. Just received my black panther m'baku wave today in top notch condition and couldn't b happier. Thanks again. Dave G

Aftersales can be better.

Bought original Takara transformer with Black Friday discount.
Item arrived ok, box not damaged. Inside i saw some big flaws with the Figure. A KO version would look better. Answer of aftersales was, it’s A discounted Figure and that is what to expect, they didn’t mentioned iT on the site at the article I’m not happy, they even didn’t try contacting Takara for this issue.

Shipping was exelent, fast response on my mail, but disapointing answer, can not rate higer then average sorry guys.
