I ordered four items and charged for them. However, there was no confirmation of my order, and when I called, the phone call went to PayPal, to which the computer talked and told me to dispute. Amazingly, the payment history is not in Paypal, only on my banking. Finally, I found a phone number that takes me to WhatsApp, and I asked, but the responder didn't show me anything. So, I dispute my credit card.

no support - been waiting three days for a response on a request

I ordered a wireless charging pad August 1 and received a confirmation of the order. However, despite my account being charged, nearly 4 (FOUR) WEEKS LATER - NO TRACKING INFORMATION AVAILABLE NO SHIPPING INFORMATION AVAILABLE and most disturbing of all NO RESPONSE from KANAX to my Contact Us inquiry about my order.

This is beginning to look a lot like theft !

I want to start out saying that I would normally not take the time out of my day to write a negative review however, I feel I need to warn the rest of the community regarding Kanex's lack of support.

I purchased two Kanex Premium DuraBraid 10ft lighting cables for Christmas for my two daughters. After a month both cables stopped charging ALL devices. Both cables showed no signs of wear or damage. Thinking that Kanex would stand behind their products I reached out the only way they will allow, via email. I promptly received an email saying they received my correspondence and would most likely be back in touch within 48 hours. One month later NOTHING. I then responded back to Kanex expressing my displeasure I still have received no reply. I'm simply amazed. I've never seen a tech company with a supposed good reputation not respond or stand behind their products.

This works well but the support behind is a bit awkward.

First of all I have a high regard for Kanex and their products. I was looking for a second charger for my Apple Watch 3 and the Kanex GoPower Watch Stand is perfect for my needs especially because I can charge my iPhone as well.

Since being introduced to Kanex products at MacWorld some years ago I've purchased phone/tablet stands...that are still viewed with some curiosity and delight by others when they find me reading from my phone without "oiling" the screen - to keyboards and most recently a charging station. Quality has been consistently excellent, and the value for money continues to draw me to Kanex products. The five stars are well deserved.

Product shipped promptly but doesn’t work

Good products but site is a bit difficult to navigate as far as finding products. The large slider is eye catching but way too large and takes up too much screen real estate for those looking to purchase something specific. It took a bit to find the drop down product at the top mostly because when it pops up all you see are the pics of products not the navigation pane. Otherwise the company is good and I have bought apple products from them and been very happy with them.

Very prompt shipment, product is as advertised, and quite elegant looking.
Will use for gifts, and have not used, but have never had a Kanex product fail, so am certain they will function well when used by gifted friends.

Quality product, shipped quickly, easy to use website, appropriately packaged for shipping. What else can I say?

I love the iPhone screen protector. It's better made and clearer than other brands I've purchased - and far less expensive!

The products are good, which is the most important aspect. Ordering was more difficult than expected because of problems of using American Express. I ordered 4 items but received only 3 in a box with no packing and no paperwork to indicate if the item was back-ordered or just short shipped. I contacted Kanex who said they would send the short shipped item. That was 10 days ago - still waiting.
