Do your research
Very quick to get the process started that they forget to explain that they have fund release days so you think your set up to get your car when in reality if it doesn’t coincide with the Friday or Tuesday release day the car isn’t then readily available for you to collect. Disappointed, maybe slow down pushing customers through that “let’s get a car process” just to get the commission and start explaining to customers what the actual process is from start to finish. A little bit annoying that you deal with so many operators and that they spam you with calls that the next operator doesn’t know what stage you are at in the process. From Friday to Wednesday I’ve had 35 calls in reality I probably only needed 6 of those calls.

We completely understand your point regarding the collection and fund release process. Customers should have a clear understanding of the journey from start to finish, including any timescales that could affect when their vehicle is available for collection. We're also concerned to hear that you received 35 calls between Friday and Wednesday. We appreciate that different departments may need to contact customers at different stages, but communication should feel coordinated and helpful rather than repetitive, and you shouldn't feel that you're having to explain what stage you're at each time someone contacts you.
Your comments regarding the pace of the process and communication between departments are valuable to us and will be fed back to the management team.
We would also like the opportunity to review your individual journey and contact history. Please contact our Customer Support team and ask to speak with a manager, referencing this review, so we can understand exactly what happened and address any outstanding concerns.

They have been amazing
They have been amazing and even supported me when I had a few issues with the car. Only bit I didn’t like is they tell you have been approved but last minute you still have to go to the underwriters. But they were amazing

Only gave 4 stars due to it's not…
Only gave 4 stars due to it's not always possible to get the car you really want, obviously a credit rating issue depending on what you're score actually is.
But I will say the staff do go above & beyond to really get you the best deal they possibly can.
So a big thank you for helping me get my C3 1.5 blue hdi that now enables me to take my Daughter to School 🎒.
The whole process is very straight forward from start to finish, being able to view cars on my phone & save a few I liked was very straight forward,I kept the search within around 50 miles but being in Cornwall the prices tend to be higher,but if you're looking for better deals then travel further up the line to save money.
Hopefully all goes well with my C3 but always a unknown when buying a second hand car over HP but at least you get 3 Months warranty from place of purchase with a option of taking out a longer warranty when you collect your car.
Overall a great service & once again many thanks 👍.

Haven’t had the greatest communication…
Haven’t had the greatest communication with this company after they received the funds for my new car. Still in the process but so far, I’m not happy with the service at all, hopefully they can improve or I’ll take my service elsewhere
