Customer service very poor
Purchased 2 pairs of Clogs and replacement soles. Soles came in different size than mules. Beware of website, offers soles for your clogs but size does not match. Customer service refused exchange, according to return policy which is very poor compared to competition. So all n all, OK product, not cheap a price, but after sale service poor.
Good snow boots and I use them hard
I gave up on Sorel boots after the rubber cracking fiasco and tried Kamik snow boots with felt liner. I live in the Colorado mountains and, when not skiing, hike a six mile loop up and down over a thousand feet. After ten years the lugs are worn but the rest of the boot has held up well.

Fake rubber!
These boots are NOT made from real rubber!
Kamik has to be using a Chinese formula fake rubber.
I’ve purchased multiple pairs and they last about 14 months and you’ll see separation at the back and front where the canvas is sewn to the fake rubber!
You’ll also see cracks down the all sides.
Whatever they’re made of just starts falling apart. I’m attaching some pics for proof! Doesn’t look like they allow pictures of their defective boots to upload… wonder why?

Brutally painful
Women's Rogue 10 boots (ordered on-line) have a hard ridge that runs the width of the back, which cut a horizontal line into my achilles. This wasn't a normal blister, it was a cut.
Not true to size + handling fee deducted from return
Website says the Tundra Women's Boots run large yet felt too narrow despite ordering my usual size. On top of that a $15 handling fee is ridiculous. The only positive is that the return process itself is simple to follow.
Really wanted to support a Canadian business but will not be purchasing from Kamik again.

Bought a pair for my two years old, they were very heavy and uncomfortable so I bad to return, they charge me 15$ return fee and I paid 9$ for the shipping so in total I waisted 24$ in this boots, I live in Canada, shipping and return should’ve been free. Will never buy from them again.
Be sure you will not need to return. you are interested USA be positive…
If you are in USA be positive that you will not need to return boots to Kamik. The fee to return via UPS was one third of the purchase price.
They are moisture and sweat traps …
They are moisture and sweat traps once they get wet your feet will get cold trough ground conduction. Worst winter boot ever. Worn these in Norway in cold temperatures and they are always wet and cold even when not walking theyll het cold because it traps every bit of moisture. Wish i brought my muck boots they get sweaty and damp but stay warm at least. Dont buy if youre in to serious winter hiking!

Do not purchase from this company
Three major issues:
(1) like others have mentioned, the sizing guide is off. As a result, I had to return the shoes as they were too big for me
(2) Return cost me about 25USD (from the US, to a US location)
(3) After confirming the goods had been returned, they were silent on the refund and I had to actively chase them over 2 weeks (emailing and asking for updates via the "contact us" page). They did refund my money, 24hrs after I threatened to report the transaction as fraud to my bank.

Awful
Awful! Boots arrive with one having a serious defect in the sole, customer service took over 2 days to respond, and my reply hasn’t been answered going on day 4 now.
I expected better quality product, and a decent customer service.
I should have looked closer at reviews, especially on trust pilot.
Minus stars Kamik, and I was trying to purchase Canadian.
Update: Still no response from repeated attempts to contact customer service. Day 7.
Kamik snowboots are the best!
I had my first pair of mens Kamik snowboots (type Helsinki) for 11 years and they gave perfect service in the severe Polish winters before finally succumbing recently to an unrepairable hole in one. I have now purchased a new pair (type Greenbay) and they're an equally super fit and quality. I look forward to another 10+ years of faultless experience with these fine Canadian products!
Sizing is WAY OFF and $29 to return :(
I could not find the style I wanted in a store. I measured my foot and used their size guide to order my boots. No big surprise, same size I normally wear, EU 37 or 38, so size 7. When the book arrived I was thrilled with the look however when I tried it on, it was way way too small. Their sizing is way off and because of this I had to pay $29 to ship them back. So dissapointed after badly wanting to buy Canadian! I should have looked at the Trustpilot reviews before ever ordering..
Don't buy without checking the return policy
The Kamik boots seemed well made, however, I had to return them as they were too small and stiff. Before buying from this company, check the return policy. Buying shoes online can be tricky. The customer pays for the return shipping costs. To have tracking, I paid over $25 in postage. That was almost one-quarter the price of the boots. We will not buy footwear online from this company again.

Do not use KAMIK
I had a terrible experience with KAMIK and will never shop here again. First, they sent me the wrong boots. When I tried to return them, I found out I had to pay for the return shipping myself, which costs almost 30-40% of the price of the boots! On top of that, they have very strict deadlines for returns, making the whole process even more stressful. I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone.
Quicker refund than I anticipated
Update! Actually received my refund fairly quickly! I had originally given one star based on what I thought would be a lengthy refund time. Not so. Received the refund within a week.
Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service. Bought a pair of boots, they were shipped and for some reason bounced from UPS to USPS which caused a delay. Whatever, stuff happens, right? Only USPS said they couldn't deliver the package. I got in touch with them about trying to deliver again and got some auto-reply that only sender could make changes - or something to that effect. After the one alleged failed attempt at delivery (to an address that gets stuff delivered to every week), it went straight back to sender. I contacted Kamik 3 or 4 times by email, once via their website form, once via DM on their Instagram and once more as a comment on their Insta as a reply to someone else inquiring about their lack of customer support. Not only I have gotten a total of ZERO replies to all my messages, they also deleted my comment on their social media, along with the original comment from another person about their lack of customer support. So we know they are getting our feedback, they just don't care enough to answer or issue a refund. Buy elsewhere.
