I really like the pencil eyeliners stays quite a while, love the lip clay as well dont smudge the glassload lip melt just hope the color where more vibrant on my lips like the model on socials so far im truly happy can't wait to try their shadows

I really love this brand, I bought their blush and eyeliner a few years ago and loved them. Super high performance and really cool high quality packaging. Since I had a great experience, I bought a bunch of products for my family and friends this Christmas and everyone absolutely loved them! I got a few of the lip melts, lip liners, eyeshadow quads, contour palettes, blushes, eyeliners, and lip glaze for 3 different girls who all had raving reviews about them! Right now I personally use the clean slate lip melt, ecstasy blush, venus trap palette, and lunaria eyeliner in my everyday makeup. Shipping was also super fast and everything was wrapped up nicely. Absolutely love this brand!

Really Pretty!
So I got a highlighter from Kaleidos. I think it was just my app that messed up because when it got delivered, it told me it got delivered in Michigan. I live in New Jersey. So I got irritated at first but then I checked outside and it was there. But other than delivery, the packaging is so gorgeous, the product is super shiny and stunning, and I’m overall happy with it.

I'm not sure how come so many people had so many issues, but ordering from the UK has been completely smooth. My first order was shipped out within 3 days, and then was delivered in the UK within 10 days after that. Everything I ordered was present and accounted for, plus a free gift! I am delighted!
I have already placed 2 more orders, which were both dispatched within 2 days.
Also when I contacted their customer service about an order, they replied within 2 days in a friendly and helpful manner. So all in all, they have definitely gained my trust!

I ordered the Stranger lip melt and capsule.

Shipping: The estimated arrival date kept getting postponed, but eventually it did show up. Loved the packaging, sustainable and minimal, and I love that these are refillable!

Product: I adore the colour of it! I’ve been wanting a good grey lippie for a while, and this one is so cool and gothic. It feels a little tingly on my lips but I don’t mind, and the formula’s nice and creamy.

The first time I ordered, I had to fight to get my package delivered because I live in an apartment building with electronic locks, and they use 3rd party shipping companies. Then, they had gotten some of my order wrong. The second time, it was a fight uphill to get it delivered, and the delivery person left my package in a literal parking space, half torn, in the snow. Shipping from China goes through GoFo or some other untrustworthy company (depends on the month, it seems). The products themselves vary in quality, the eyeliner is mid at best. They boast vibrant color and deliver drugstore quality at most. The liner also doesn't go on cleanly or tidily, and looks bad unless you have baby smooth skin. The lip clay is drying and somehow still smudges everywhere. The only thing that seems okay is the highlighter, which is better utilized as an eyeshadow topper.

Just got my grey lipstick in shade Stranger with my neon yellow capsule, I love it! I’ve also ordered the Escape Pod eyeshadow palette previously and the colors are SO bright. Shipping does take a bit longer, like a week, but it’s coming from PRC so to be expected. My absolute fave cosmetic brand for sure

My package was returned to the shipper without any explanation. The carrier notified me that the shipper had received the returned package, but Kaleidos did not reply to my emails, or my comments on their social media page, or my direct message to their socials.

So far I feel like I have been scammed and I have absolutely not been able to contact their customer service team.

Do not buy from them.

Bom, meu único problema com eles é que eles demoraram 4 meses para responder um email e cumprir uma promessa que consta no site deles. O o site informa que o envio inclui todos os impostos e taxas aplicáveis e que se houvesse qualquer cobrança eles fariam o reembolso, porém, ocorreu comigo, e o refund até veio e já aumentei a avaliação, porém foram 4 meses sem nenhuma resposta, portanto não posso dizer que a última experiência foi ótima. Para quem não quiser se incomodar, descobri depois que tem uma loja oficial na shopeee por lá o sistema já inclui os impostos.

Copio abaixo o trecho da página de política de envio ("Shipping policy") deles em que eles afirmam que não há impostos para o Brasil:

"4.) What is your tax policy?

For other countries, our shipping costs include all import duties, taxes and applicable fees. You should not be taxed any extra fees. However, if you are taxed by any chance when you receive the package, please email us at (...) and we will provide a refund of your tax value."

Very bad site don’t fall for it. It’s been 2 months and I have yet to receive my order. I have sent several emails with no response. There isn’t a way to cancel orders on their site. Total fraudulent company based in China.

Got the green metallic eyeliner. Color payoff wasn’t as much as advertised. It also burned very much when put on waterline and made my eyes swell. I have never had an allergic reaction to makeup EVER. Makes me concerned about what’s in it.

Received a damaged product and have had to email 3 times, and attempt to reach out on social media.
The products I did get are great but the customer service is atrocious.

I ordered some lipsticks and they're great!
Shipping has been a quite difficult experience as my 1st packge went missing/destroyed but customer service did a great work and resent the parcel a 2nd time free of charge.
Surely I will order again!

Arrived within the time stated, and in the quick end of the interval too. No customs, like they say they handle it.

I got the escape pod palette. The matte shadows are SO creamy and easy to work with, and the glitters are soo shimmery and beautiful, cannot wait to continue making looks with this!

You can tell Kaleidos puts incredible effort into the quality of their products. Shipping was faster than advertised on their website and my order was packaged with so much care and precision! Will definitely purchase from them again.

I absolutely adore their lip clays! They have the best matte formula I've ever tried. I've purchased several times and now have almost every shade. I just had to come here to share my experience!

Do not trust Kaleidos! Their international shipping and customer service is a nightmare. I purchased some makeup during their Black Friday sale and they go through USPS. I have had no issue receiving mail from USPS before, but for some reason, the carrier for this day decided to mark my apartment mailbox as "vacant" and sent the package back the same day. I spoke to USPS and they said they have no idea why this happened and to contact the seller for a refund/reshippment. I managed to get in contact a single time, and they simply told me to "talk to USPS". I tried to explain the situation through 3 more messages. I've been ghosted by their customer service team since 12/18. This is incredibly disappointing since their terms of service clearly state they must give me a refund or reship my products if I don't receive them.

UPDATE (1/12): The same day my bank reached out to Kaleidos' after I disputed the charge, I was given an update on my package. It had been discovered in their California distribution warehouse and would be immediately shipped to me! I'm happy to report my package arrived in good condition roughly two days later. It seems another label was created at the distribution center. I am unsure if my complaints were only followed up on because I got my bank involved, but Kaleidos did follow through on their promise to replace my items.

I will say the lack of communication, the suspiciously timed response, and the anxiety of the situation wasn't awesome. I understand the issues that can arise from international shipping, but Kaleidos needs better customer service so people aren't left in the dark when these issues happen. Especially considering how easy it was to just print another label in California. Since my package was returned to the sender the same day (12/13) I doubt it took several weeks to make it from Colorado to California.

I'm changing my rating from 1 star to 2 stars. This review doesn't take the makeup's quality much into consideration, so weigh the risks for yourself before purchasing. My advice if your package is lost? Email and message them on Instagram, keep the records, and then dispute the charge with your bank. Customer service might finally respond to you.

Amazing makeup! And such unique formulas too. I really don't understand why there are any reviews dissing the quality of the products.

Shipping ok, very well packaged, and products look impressive. But the quality is so bad. It’s like childrens play makeup.

The glitter eyeshadow is gritty and falls off straight into your eyes causing tears to fall constantly. Painful to wear. I wore it to a birthday party for the first time and looked like I was crying the whole time. I’m really disappointed in the quality. I spent a fair bit of money and don’t want to use the products. The mattes are better but they have no staying power
