The poorest customer service EVER! I own a pharmacy and wanted to try Ka’Chava for myself to see if I would recommend it. I ordered 3 bags and the charge processed on my credit card. Four days later I received an email stating I was getting a refund and my order was cancelled because payment could not be verified! It was already paid for 100%!!! I emailed 4 times and called customer service twice. NO ONE WAS HELPFUL!!! They told me I should not try to order again because they would not process the order? WHAT? I guess they don’t want to sell their product and I and happy to tell everyone DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCT OR ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

The problem I encountered with kachava was with their customer service. I was billed right when I placed the order and now it has been two weeks and no product. They have totally given me the runaround. There were so many ways they could have done little things to keep my confidence but none were offered. Just empty promises. I was on a subscription and turned on several people to the product. Giving Lyfe product a try. Cheaper with same advantages.

Customer service is horrendous. They cancelled my subscription because of a fraud alert and I had to resubmit my credit card info via an emailed AMEX statement as proof that I have funding available. Two weeks later I get an email saying the reorder and the subscription have been cancelled, again. I can't get a return phone call, only sorry after sorry. I've spent over $10K over 5 years for health reasons and they are unwilling to open a new account with a different payment source. I've lost all the points and now have to resort to replacing this product to support my health. Thanx Kachava. You're business sense leaves something to be desired!

I really liked it. It gave me clean energy and it's a good way to get extra plant protein in your diet. You don't need to add milk or anything.

It's thick, creamy, tasty. I enjoyed it. Shared it with my family to help them get their vitamins and veggies in.

I've tried to order 3 times and each time the order gets cancelled because "they can't verify my payment method" which is ridiculous. This last time I used my credit card (not PayPal) and still, it was rejected. There's no way forward to escalate the issue above the email representative and even a request for additional follow up was ignored. Just so annoyed.

Kachava customer service is the worst. They won’t honor their own promotion. I received a email telling me that because I subscribe I will get a free bag of kachava. I thought that was pretty cool. Before my subscription order shipped I decided to change the flavor because the matcha flavor was terrible and I didn’t want another bag of that &@$&! Apparently when I changed the flavor the free bag that was in the cart didn’t reload? Not sure what happened I certainly wouldn’t cancel a free bag. When my subscription arrived my free bag was not in the shipment. When I contacted kachava they told me that the promotion had expired? I tried to explain that my subscription had the free bag in it prior to the promotion exp date. Did not make sense the are the ones that added it to my cart. I even sent a screenshot. They told me there was nothing they could do? They would honor their promotion? All I wanted was them to honor it. Then I got a very condescending email and that was it. These guys are terrible the better learn how to treat customers better or they will loose out to their competitors.

I'm not a fan of meal replacement products because no matter what they claim, it's still processed "food". However, I was made to take two, full-sized bags of the vanilla flavor as I was exiting The Detroit Free Press Marathon Expo in October (Saturday the 14th). They were literally forcing everyone to take them.

The first thing I noticed when I opened it is that it smelled horrible with zero hint of vanilla. I followed the mixing directions, took two sips and poured it down the drain. The texture was a combination of foamy, chalky and gritty. On top of that, it had no real flavor.

Last week, I decided to try it again with frozen blueberries. Still awful. However, I did manage to drink half of it this time before pouring it out. The remaining powder was eventually sprinkled across our compost pile.

My advice - just eat real food and avoid products that claim to contain "super foods" because there is no such thing. It's just made-up marketing lingo.

This is my experience..discovered this company is an LLC, first red flag. This means that while they are deceptively charging customers, the amount of financial damage even in a class action suit.. has a cap. I believe this cap also carries to any damages recovered medically. They are unregulated, uncertified and not inspected! You can't even be certain of what you may be putting in your body!

Still haven’t received product. Paid for it 11/25/2023. Promised delivery by today 11/30/2023. No product. After calling to question what is going on , was told that they have until 12/06/2023 to deliver what I paid for weeks earlier. I really don’t trust this company.

Reading these reviews I’m extremely surprised! I’ve been drinking Machiavelli daily for over two years now. In my search for the highest nutritional and functional meal replacement I have found them to be reasonable in price and great in taste and nutritional pack compared to other companies. I have personally found their online site to be extremely user friendly. I’ve had mishaps where I ordered the wrong thing and called to cancel. They were absolutely incredible to work with, fast and easy. I have canceled my subscription due to life challenges. I have searched for another less expensive but comparative replacement and cannot find one. I have renewed my subscription. Both processes are simple and quick.

I love the taste, I love the nutritional content, the ease of building the drink. I could not speak more highly. I really don’t know how these other reviews are possible with my experience.

Beware of Hidden Costs and Surprises

I recently had an experience with Ka’shava that left me feeling taken advantage of. Here are my concerns:
1. Overpriced Products: First and foremost, the prices for their products are significantly higher than comparable items from other companies. I was willing to pay a premium for quality, but the products did not seem to justify their high price tags per meal.

2. Surprise Subscription Model: I was not made aware, or it was not made clear to me, that I was signing up for a subscription service that, when you try to cancel, just postpones the shipping dates. This lack of transparency felt deceptive.

3. Unexpected Charges after canceling: The most concerning aspect was the unexpected charges that came from the subscription. It was not clear when I'd be charged, how much, or how often after I had my subscription on pause.

4. Difficulty in Cancelling: When I tried to cancel my subscription, the process was not straightforward. A reputable company should make it easy for customers to opt in or out of services.

To anyone considering using Ka’chava, I would advise caution. Ensure you read all the fine print, ask direct questions about charges, and be wary of potential hidden costs.

The first I heard of this company was when my Credit Card bill arrived and I had four charges made to my card approx 4 weeks before. It took a bit of a search before I found out who they were and it appears they function under different names. Two charges were from SP Kachava C and two were from SP ATLANTIC Innovati HTTPSTOOTIMID. A total of over $1200 USD. Seeing as how I am resident in Australia there are overseas taxes to pay which both companies billed me for. As far as I am concerned this is outright theft and I am reporting it to the financial authorities.

I ordered the product and signed up for the subscription. Received the first order, no problem.
Then I placed this order on October 3, 2023 as a subscription, supposedly "DoorDash" was supposed to deliver is but I still have not received it yet, 10 days later! I have called them three times and I am still waiting. I have informed them that I will cancel the subscription if I do not receive the product and will contact the bank and the appropriate authorities if they try to charge my credit card. It is beginning to sound like a scam to get money after the cancellation of the subscription without sending us the product!

I tried their products, hated the taste. Canceled on line. They automatically resubscribed me to another order. Called and emailed immediately, they said it shipped. It is a saturday. Shipping companies do not pick up on Saturdays, I own one so I would know! This is a shady company with HORRIFFIC Customer Service Save yourself the agony, stay clear of this company!!!

Kachava website is NOT working for placing orders NOR for Refund or Subscription cancellation.
I had to call (855) 668-7574 phone line to place a new order and to process the refund. Also, they make you pay for Return Shipping. Overall quality of the product is moderate, but significantly overpriced.

The shakes are okay at best, but certainly not for the price. But the customer service is where they are terrible and deserve zero stars. They sent me two pouches of shakes, even after I canceled the subscription and yet they will only take one bag back at my shipping expense. Never again will I purchase from this company.

Ive been an on and off again subscriber for about 2 years now. Ive never had a problem with being alerted my order was being shipped out or pausing my subscription. Always received days after being alerted as well. I love the chocolate and vanilla. Ill put strawberries, blueberries, or a banana if im using it for a meal replacement. Ive also tried the coconut acai and I do not like the flavor. Seems very synthetic. I do believe there a little pricey but believe your health is most important. I dont always use the 2 scoops and it makes it go alot longer. In comparison to eating out, its a fraction of the cost these days, plus the ingredients you are definitely not going to get. I would like to see less or no sugar added and more fiber. Other then that I LOVE KACHAVA!!!!!

Longtime subscriber now realize that this product is overpriced has slick marketing poor customer service. Don't be fooled.

I had a subscription. They send a warning email prior to an order being renewed where you can cancel or postpone that order. However, if you miss the notification (eg. goes to spam), your order will be placed and you have no ability to cancel via the website, even moments after receiving an order confirmation. The only way to cancel is to talk to a customer rep via chat (live support is only available during business hours). Irony is, these orders happen in the middle of the night when there is no live support. Its a bad business practice and probably makes them more money on an already over-priced product. Stay away.
