Not satisfied with the product.... totally different from photos.
I want to return it but site doesn't provide any return option.

Items are neatly made and look nice.

I felt they are made out of thinner and slightly different color yarn than what I expected looking at pictures.

It took a while (a month) to get them delivered, first 2 weeks as they are custom-made and next 2 weeks delay at the shipper. Appreciate support given by Kaahira team till delivery of the items.

After purchase needed to return an item have called several times sent mail also. No response so far. Very disappointed.

I ordered a swing bed for gifting purpose to my sister. They delivered to USA on time. She is very happy and satisfied. The product is comfortable with good quality. Thank you Ajay ji for giving all updates on time.

Really disappointed. I ordered an item over £300 early May. I have sent 5 emails requesting tracking details as it should have been posted 3 days after i ordered, not one of my messages has been answered. THE RESPONSE FROM THE SELLER IS UNTRUE THEY ARE STILL ADVERTISING MULTIPLE ITEMS ON EBAY AND I HAVE ALSO MAILED THEM DIRECTLY ON THEIR WEBSITE TWICE WITH NO RESPONSE

Quality of the storage basket is great but cloth covering the basket is not easily removable....i think it should me made little bit larger than the baskets so that it can be removed easily for washing

They have customised the colour of swing which I needed to match my interior. Good behaviour, super quality product.
