AVOID

Ordered furniture to be collected from a store on 23rd May. It's now 15th June and still nothing, the money has been taken out of my bank account but the order is still in just showing in transit. Can never get through on the phone to customer services and the livechat is never available. Sent an email almost a week go and still no response. Disgusting way to treat customers and i would avoid at all costs.

I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!
This has got to be the worst company that operates in the UK. You can't get through to either their chat line or customer service. We ordered two chairs with delivery within 8 days, then 13 days and now 20 days! They now have these chairs in stock in our local store but won't release two to us and replace their stock with the two we ordered.

There is no customer service

There is no customer service, wrote an email 6 days ago no answer. I suppose to get a corner sofa today and te delivery company send a text "unfortunately your order has not reach our depot and will not be delivered today. It's a joke I ordered the sofa on 30th of May and today is 15th of June

AVOID

AVOID. Delivery date overdue. No response from customer services. Cancelling order has to be done via an online chat that is never available. Dreadful online experience!

The worst customer service

The worst customer service. The online chat is never available. The customer service line not accessible; it always says they are busy and there is no phone communication you can have with them. No updates on orders at the point you think you have been scammed. You cannot get hold of them easy. They should stop the online sales if they cannot commit to a good customer service.

Wouldn't bother...

Ordered garden storage over 2 weeks ago, still not dispatched. no email, no contact. Looks like everyone seems to be in the same boat with this company. Avoid.

Not good!

We have a sideboard which was in stock and the quality is brilliant for the price. It matches a dining table perfect which we purchaed elsewhere. but.... I ordered a coffee table to match on the 7th of May and I am still waiting for it to be delivered to store. I received confirmation via email and text stating it had been delivered but on attending to collect, it wasn't there.
I rang the store 2 days later to ask if it had been delivered and was told it had been shipped and would arrive in 2-3 days. 3 days later and still no word. Terrible service with no communication between store and head office.

I should of checked the reviews before placed an order. In stock item dispatch within 2 days promise, took over 10 days to dispatch, guess what i still haven't received the parcel. Never buying from this store ever again. Worse company i have ever encountered. Stay away

AVOID AVOID AVOID. In case I have not made it clear……AVOID.

Order placed and paid online 21st May.
Eventually received invoice confirming order.
Delivery email received Friday 29th May with DX delivering 1st June.
Two packages arrived, but the main part of order missing.
Spoke to customer services - advised DX too busy to deliver, and will deliver next day. In the meantime I am expected to wait in and not go to work….
No delivery next day, nor following day.
JYSK have refunded delivery cost, and assured me it is arriving today. Guess what…… no delivery and no tracking from DX.

It is 1453, but online Chat with customer services at JYSK are offline, and their phone lines are not taking any more calls as there are too many customers (presumably all calling to complain).

Seriously, shop local. Support a local physical shop instead.

Damaged Goods and NO contact

I ordered 2 tables from Jysk. The delivery company failed to deliver on the date the said despite them arriving at the property and there being plenty of people available to sign. They just drove off again.

Delivery finally arrived on Wednesday 3rd June and one table is so badly damaged and pieces are missing because of an open box.

I was on hold for 53 minutes yesterday with no reply, there "live" chat was unavailble and their online contact form would not work. I have email the only email address available which was a b2b email address who have forwarded my email on to customer services but 24 hours later I have had absolutely no contact from this company.

DO NOT ORDER from this company if you are expecting any type of customer service. You simply cannot get in touch with them.

Never ever use this company

Never ever use this company, we ordered a garden table when it was first delivered the box was torn and the table frame was dented, I waited a week for collection and a swap for a new table and the table top is completely smashed I can never get hold of anyone do not waste your money

Susana was helpful

I ordered a 6 seater table, however delivery was quite a nuisance. I had booked time off work and 4 times the table arrived damaged and one time the delivery was cancelled. I spoke with Susana throughout the process of it all and in all honesty she was helpful, she did provide replacements, although they were damaged. The last delivery I accepted, regardless of the chip to the table, as I did really want this specific style. Susana was helpful and kindly provided a partial refund due to the inconsistencies with the table. The reason it is 3 stars is due to the damages each time.

No customer service for missing part

No customer service for missing part. Table would be great but missing Allen key. No live chat or phone calls to customer services. Says too busy to join a queue! So how do I get replacement? Delivery time was 6 working days.

Unreliable delivery

First time I order furniture from Jysk. Very disappointed. Promised delivery on 2 occasions and no one showed up. No communication. Poor customer services from both Jysk and delivery company taking long time to respond.

Ordered a bed on 13 April, almost 6 weeks later still waiting for a resolution

Ordered a bed on 13 April. Only sent 2/3 boxes. Ignored emails for days, eventually sat in a phone queue for an hour and was told that a whole new bed was to be sent on 28 April when it was back in stock and I had to reject the 2 boxes I did not need. May arrives, no box. More unanswered email. Sat in phone queue for 1hout 15. Arranged collection and return of useless boxes. Gets collected a few days later, promised a refund in 3-5 working days. 7 working days later, they still have not done it, ignoring emails, customer services closed for the weekend. Absolute shambles, avoid at all costs!

Took weeks to actually get through to…

Took weeks to actually get through to someone on the website. Told order delayed and out of stock, didnt say that when ordering. 6 weeks in now and still no order. Do yourself a favour and avoid, save all hassle.

Update: Now randomly cancelled my order, no reason, nothing. Got to be top 3 worse companies I’ve ever dealt with. Hope you go bust.

Staff member going above and beyond

I went in this morning to the Bolton store to pick up an item. While I was in store I felt unwell, I was looked after by a member of staff with such concern. I am very grateful and the kindness really meant a lot. I have tried to leave the review on your website but you don't have anything that allows you to leave staff appreciation. Your member of staff went the extra mile, I hope you recognise great staff like her.

Went into Lincoln branch today and…

Went into Lincoln branch today and asked to see a small side table that was displayed on its side on a high shelf. The staff refused to reach it down saying it was strapped to the wall and due to health and safety they couldn’t remove it!!!! I said so how can we see it properly before deciding if to buy it but still refusal to give us ‘Customer Service”. No apology, no empathy, nothing ……..
I managed a major retail store in the past and was shocked at that response. Left the store saying I would purchase elsewhere and I did.

Terrible

I ordered and paid in store for my son’s bed.
Was given a 3 week wait and it was delayed 3 times.
No communication so I went in store to enquire where the staff were very rude and abrupt with the comment “we can’t force the supplier to deliver on time”
When I asked for a refund I was told the bed has been delivered to store and I will receive a text and not to come into store until I have received the text.
Absolutely terrible customer service.
