My freight was stuck in the warehouse of a company that was introduced to me by a friend. This company had asked for a sum that was simply outrageous. When I contacted this company, they gave me a quote that was 300% lower (not 30%, 300% lower).
When we got down to the process of effecting the actual transfer of my goods, they were very professional and they diligently guided me through this process. Finally I was able to get my freight in Canada at a cost that was 300% lower. From this I can say they are very professional and I am convinced they have a well structured way of billing.
I strongly recommend them for international shipping.

I trusted JWLogistics with one of the most important shipments I have ever made for my business.
Before they received my goods, I explained very clearly that this shipment was for a major annual event and that I needed it delivered by August 27, with August 28 being the absolute latest. This was not a normal shipment where a delay of several days would be acceptable.
I even took a loan to finance these goods specifically so I could present them at this event.
Before I placed the order, I was shown examples of previous JWLogistics shipments to UAE customers and their tracking history. Those examples gave me confidence in the process and delivery timeframe. I was also told that getting the shipment to the airport would not take long and that the airport was very close to there ware house.
The experience after they received my cargo has been completely different.
As of (today) the evening of August 23, my shipment is STILL sitting at their warehouse. It has not even been sent to the airport, and there is still no confirmed flight booking.
Even verifying my payment took approximately an entire day, despite me providing the transaction information so they could verify it.
Then another entire day was spent with me repeatedly asking when my shipment would actually be sent to the airport. I kept receiving discussion about when it would reach the airport, but until this minute, it still has not been sent there.
What has been especially disturbing is the lack of transparency.

I repeatedly asked my agent to give me a clear report explaining what procedures or actions JWLogistics had actually taken since receiving my shipment.

I wanted a simple timeline:

What was done after receiving it?
What was being arranged?
When would it leave the warehouse?
When would it reach the airport?
What flight was being arranged?
What was the actual plan to meet the deadline they already knew about?

I still have not received a proper operational report explaining what has actually been done.

Instead, when I ask what is happening, I am told things such as the cargo will need to wait at the airport for a flight.

But my cargo is not even at the airport yet. It is still sitting in their warehouse.

When I ask what has been happening during all of this time, I have also been given explanations about the weekend and their time off.

This is extremely difficult for me to understand from a professional international freight forwarder that accepted an urgent, deadline-sensitive commercial shipment knowing beforehand exactly when I needed it.

I am now also being told that it can take another 2–3 days just to find a flight because it is peak season in Hong Kong.
My question is: why was this not planned before accepting my time-sensitive cargo?

Peak season is not something that suddenly appeared after my goods arrived. A professional freight forwarder should know the current flight-capacity situation and should communicate realistic availability before convincing a customer to entrust them with an urgent shipment.

Had I been told BEFORE sending my goods that my cargo could sit in their warehouse for days, that there was no flight secured, and that they might need another 2–3 days simply to find one, I would have chosen another freight forwarder.

That is the part that hurts the most.

I chose JWLogistics based on the process and previous UAE delivery examples that were shown to me before I committed my shipment. I made it extremely clear how serious my deadline was.
Now, with every hour becoming more critical, I am spending my time repeatedly asking the same basic questions while my shipment remains in their warehouse.

I am not complaining because a plane was delayed.

I am not complaining because customs took longer than expected.

My shipment has not even reached the airport yet. No flight has been confirmed.

And this is after JWLogistics already knew how important my August 27–28 deadline was before accepting the cargo.
For anyone considering JWLogistics for an urgent shipment, my advice based on this experience is:

Do not rely only on estimated delivery times or previous tracking examples. Before releasing your cargo, demand the flight booking, expected departure date, routing, and realistic delivery timeline in writing.

I will continue updating this review with the exact progress and final delivery date so other customers can see the complete outcome of my experience.

As of August 23, the situation remains:

Shipment: still at JWLogistics warehouse.
Sent to airport: No.
Confirmed flight: No.
Clear report explaining actions taken since receipt: Not provided.
Deadline communicated before shipment: August 27, maximum August 28.
