Horrible. Ordered a personalized plush pet keychain. Looks nothing like my pet. Looks like a cheap piece of tacky souvenir garbage.

I wish I had of found these reviews before ordering I was after a very specific horse oriented necklace for my 5yr old boys birthday. I spent over $60 for it to show up as a piece of metal with a sticker glued to it… I was expecting and engraving I wasn’t expecting perfection but judging by the photos I assumed it would be a generic design they had and then would have a customised engraving of my child’s name. I would have had better luck on SHIEN or Temu devastated that I wasted money on something that was supposed to be so special. You know it’s bad quality when the 5yr olds reaction is “ughhh mum it’s supposed to be a horse shoe what happened?”

Please please please DO NOT ORDER you will not receive your goods and no matter how many times you email tgey respond to you and get the same message saying manufacturers are slow. Total FRAUD

I ordered a necklace for my granddaughter’s birthday which was Aug 19th I paid extra for extradited 2-5 business day shipping. I still haven’t received the necklace nor can I get them to reply to my emails! Don’t order from them!!

If I could give these guys a 0, I would. Don’t bother with this place. The quality of the personalised finger print men’s leather strap bracelet is of a 5 year putting it together. The print is not as shown in the picture. They sent me a replacement which is exactly the same, poor quality. Plus it took 2 months for the delivery each time. So this has been going on for over 4 months now. Customer service are bob! Might as well talk to a brick wall. Find a better place to spend your money.

Ordered a necklace as a gift, the necklace didn't look anything like the pictures on the website, upon emailing the company they tried to avoid giving me a refund even after sending photos of the item. I lodged a dispute with PayPal and this company lied and said they couldn't see the photos I had sent and tried to get me to contact them again, outside of paypal. PayPal escalated the dispute and ordered a full refund

From the Uk, Ordered a customised bracelet on the 16th November for a Christmas present and on the 5th December I get an email saying it’s out for delivery to a completly different address to what I filled in somewhere in the United States, wish I’d read the reviews first as this item wasn’t that cheap and does not seem like I’ll get my money back, awful company and service DO NOT ORDER!

I paid for next day delivery and got it like 3 weeks later

Order was duplicated and I was charged for twice what I wanted, so I attempted to cancel the entire order for a refund. Was told after two weeks that I could not get my refund as there was an issue with (their) PayPal and I needed to open a dispute with PayPal. Did this (which is difficult when you've checked out as a guest) and three days later I received half the order I had been charged for. Then PayPal claimed that the order had been fulfilled so they had closed the dispute. So I have paid twice to receive my order three weeks late. Terrible customer service, will not use again.

I ordered 4 brown leather bracelets. They were suppose to have white/silver writing/etching in a black metal background for the metal part that included the thumbprint and personalization. However, it was white on silver. Can vaguely see the thumbprint of personalization. Company didn’t care that there product was not as advertised. Don’t waste your money! Try Etsy, I’m hoping I get a better product from them.

Took forever to get here and after just a week of wearing it went from gold to a dirty silver. Basically just costume jewellery.

I bought a family necklace for my husband with engraved beads. We all like it very much. The metal is of good quality and the beads look great.

they send me an item that was not the one I ordered. I ordered a customize item they offer. First they added days to the timeline of delivery, second they send me an item that I did not asked or purchased, they answered that was the closest that they could got....it is a CUSTOMIZED ITEM, not whatever they had at hand....
customer service the worst, delivery was rude.
After I follow other names with the same address and making my complain they wanted to give back 20% of what I spent...I make a complain in more other pages relates to the same address until one of the "associates" agreed to make a refund. I am still waiting after a month of asking what it was right if the refund passed. the item that they send me is useless because it is a customized item....do not buy from Juuvie or lovely or the same as per this address

I can add that what you are saying that you have a preview is false, I doublechecked what I asked and you send me , and I quote "Hello, the factory cannot produce you ordered , so we sent you a similar product. Please understand". I insist, you should not be in a business that sells customized products if you are going to send whatever you decide to be similar.....

The locket it itself is lovely, but the chain made the persons neck black after wearing for a couple days and they made sure it didn’t get wet or anything. But everything else is great, the pictures are lovely and good quality
