I would give more than five stars if I could! My experience with juurnee was far better than I could have ever imagined.
I was due to be flying back to Australia from the UK on my own with my two young children (2.5 years and 5 months), and the thought of doing this without help was anxiety-inducing to say the least!
My experience with juurnee was very smooth, straightforward and I felt very supported throughout the process. I received a couple of potential matches, and chose the one who fit us best in terms of dates.
Our companion, Jess, met us at Heathrow airport and accompanied us all the way through to Sydney. She helped with the check-in process, carrying bags looking after a child when I had to do bathroom trips, reading books and playing with my eldest, helping settle to sleep, juggling meals, etc and honestly, she was an absolute lifesaver.
I would 100% use Juurnee again if I need to do a solo trip, it is a fantastic concept and worked beautifully. Thanks so much to our companion Jess and the founder Rachel for making these trips possible / more manageable.

I helped an older lady to get across the globe and it was wholesome and a great way to make some money while flying. Great concept! Rachel the owner is incredible with a full time job and kids and her stirrup - wow!

I recently accompanied a young family to Europe and back using Juurnee and can highly recommend! The process was smooth and payment was really quick. I met the family I’d be travelling with over FaceTime after we’d been matched by Juurnee and we set expectations together of how I could help. The Juurnee team were great also checking in with us before we set off. The trip itself went smoothly and I helped out by being another pair of hands along the way and keeping the kids entertained if mum wanted to sleep. I will happily use Juurnee again if I see a trip that fits with my travel plans (like the one I took did)!

Without Juurnee we absolutely would not have made it home to the UK. This trip especially important as it was the one opportunity for my children to meet their Great grandfather. The Juurnee team worked around unintended date adjustments and still ensuring they found the perfect flight companion for a mother with two under three …. A task for anyone. I shared my preferences with them on who I’d like accompanying me and my children and nothing was too much to ask for. Our companion Hayleigh was incredible. Maternal , patient and fun! I will always recommend them to moms or solo travellers needing support.

The idea is great but I did not get a reply from Juurnees I applied for within the 14 days stated in the app, not even from one the owner/founder Rachel was seeking.
I will be requesting a refund for the subscription.

I don't know what to think. I paid a few months ago. I don't think the website is great. The idea is great. I applied but no one answered yet. I got even dismissed today without a nice word. It might become great with time.

The log in is very difficult to find. Nearly hidden.
Still not one message received yet.

11th of November.
So I still didn't receive any message. No conversation. It is written auto rejected. I have no idea what it means. I don't even know if the travelers can send a message or not.
So I never received a nice polite message. I have 5 auto rejected I think. One cancelled. It is ghostly.
