They were ready for me when I arrived. Tyres put straight on and very good to see the staff using a torque wrench not an impact wrench to tighten wheel nuts correctly. Very good service will be back again with my other cars.

I had cause to visit Just Tyres in Scunthorpe twice in the last few days.
Elliott and his colleagues were extremely helpful and professional on both occasions.
I was provided with a level of service that is sadly lacking these days.
I will not hesitate to return to this Company and they have become my go to Tyre provider.

My experience was very positive and I would happily do business with Just Tyres at Scunthorpe again. Staff were friendly and efficient, whilst clearly busy with other customers too. My new front tyres were fitted carefully and to the timescale that I was given.

I recently ordered a pair of Enduro…
I recently ordered a pair of Enduro Sport 225/40/18 tires online and initially, I was quite satisfied with the product. However, my experience at the physical store for tire fitting was disappointing. The staff seemed extremely rude, giving off the impression that they disliked me. Moreover, they failed to provide any information about the tires. I also noticed that the tires lacked the colored lines commonly found on new tires. I plan to visit another garage soon to ensure that the tires are indeed brand new.

I would also like to assure you that we only sell brand new tyres at our centres, we do not sell part worn and so I am confident that you'll find that the tyres you have had fitted are brand new. We are sorry that your experience has not been perfect and we would like to thank you for taking the time to bring this matter to our attention.

Avoid this place! Discrimination! Don't order in Scunthorpe. Employees don't like immigrants, they discriminate and curse. I ordered tires online. The first time they said the bolt were damaged and they couldn't unscrew them. I returned home and unscrewed it in 1 minute and ordered a new one. I went there a week later and they said that the other side of 2 bolts was also damaged, I think they did it with the wrong tool, because the first time says only one bolt damage on one site. At home I removed it in 1 minute and installed new bolts. Next day I went to them to replace my tires, they said they wouldn't replace it today, only next week, I said why? They said they had other clients. If you don't like something, you can cancel your order, another way we can do it for you, and after they did that. The truth will always be behind us, say menager. They wanted to take me out by force and threatened me, we got your details, that's what the manager says, feels unpunished. How can such people work in such public places? I called this number 01908 222208 but they don't care about that. The manager was very rude and shouting. Now I'm waiting for a refund. I lost 2 weeks, time and my nerves.
They didn't want to return my money, only after 8 calls, saying paypal holding your money. I called paypal, paypal says they are not refunding money in your account.
After last call to just tyres, and lots of emails they refund money.
After I bought the tires from Blackcircles.com and replaced the next day with any problems...
This is my real opinion about the Just Tyres branch in Scunthorpe...
