First time using just tyres :-)
I arrived 5 before my appointment time, booked in at reception. And told by the young lad, that if I returned in 45 minutes my car would be ready.
But If I wasn't back when car was ready, he,d phone me to say its ready.
I returned back at said time, and collected my car no issues.
Everything went smoothly, given copy of receipt and work carried out ;-)

Fantastic service
Fantastic service. Phoned enquiring about a couple of tyres. They had them in stock, drove down and fitted within the hour. While fitting the tracking was demonstrably out (they showed me the tyre - picture attached) and was sorted there and then. So, honest and looking out for safety. All at a very reasonable price. i'll go back and will recommend with confidence - thanks.

Couldn't fulfil order, poor service
Didn't have the tyre in I had ordered and paid for online, was asked to pay extra for another tyre. Booked for a set time slot only for them to accept walk-ins who then got dealt with sooner.

I’ve given 5 stars even though they left the valve cap off because a.they were very pleasant and helpful and b.everything got put back in the spare wheel well neat and tidy.
One thing to remember is go on line to buy your tyres and book a fitting appointment it will save you a lot of money.
