The guys in the Chesterfield branch are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable having used them on several occasions I found it best to book an appointment online prior to taking my van as they are usually very busy. Will certainly be my first choice next time I need new tires.

2 hours to fit 2 tyres ! Not ideal but didn't complain as they had been flooded the week before, but shouldn't be taking bookings for specific times that they cannot achieve, ended up having 2.5 hour lunch break from work, unhappy boss.

The tyres I ordered were not available but the communication was quick and clear with alternative options offered. On the day of fitting the tyres had not arrived in time but again the communication was excellent. When it came to fitting there was just the one employee on site covering everything but he was polite and completed the job as quickly as he could. Sometimes things don’t go exactly to plan due to issues out of a company’s control and you measure them by their honesty and service. On this occasion they got it spot on.

Friendly staff, good communication. Had to wait a little while but they were busy so wasn't an issue, would recommend and use again.

Online order was for wrong tyre. Staff in the branch sorted out refund and sourced an alternative. I did have to buy two tyres as the in stock items didn’t match the one I already had on the car. I have had issues before with miss matching tyres on the same axle so I appreciate the need for the additional purchase. Doubling my purchase was not the plan but the staff at Just Tyres were helpful and sorted me out the best deal. The folk at this branch are both knowledgeable and provide sensible advice so would not hesitate to use again.

Went to the Chesterfield branch to have a new front tyre and tracking done..Acknowledge by both men working..both pleasant..quick and thorough service as usual..highly recommended 😊

The tyres I chose were the best price I could find, almost £20 per tyre less than the nearest rival. Communication was good from Just Tyres, my order was late but they let me know in plenty of time so no problem. When the tyres arrived and were fitted the chaps doing the job were very professional and did the job as quickly as they could.
I will be a returning customer. 👍
