Awful customer service. I received a damaged item and they did not replace it. Also ordered an extra tool kit and never got it. Don’t ever buy from them!!!!!

I placed an order April 15th and by April 17th I had an email for confirmation of shipping. I waited patiently until May 4th when my painting finally arrived. I was busy that week so when I finally opened and sorted the paint pots I realized they sent me an incorrect color, so on or around May 10th I sent customer service an email about the incorrect color sent they replied saying they would send a replacement ASAP with tracking. Fast-forward to May 27th when I still hadn't received the replacement.. I emailed once again
on stating I still hadn't received my shipment or tracking. On May 29th I was told, there was probability the parcel was lost by logistics bc there hadn't been movement for quite some time.. but I was unaware as I never received any tracking information to confirm that. Well here I am May 31 and incomplete item and little to no faith that this issue will be resolved. I would have at least expected a partial refund by this point since I've been patient. Won't be buying anything from this store again. This is ridiculous and I felt I was patient enough before deciding to write this.

There is a reason there’s no way to leave a review on their website or FB page. I bought from this company to support local business, no where do they mention the kits are coming from China. If I wanted to get a paint kit from China I would have just used Amazon. Their “customer service” is very rude and just keeps sending the same useless tracking link. I finally got my order, it took almost a month to arrive. So my daughter’s Christmas gift did not arrive in time (though it was ordered Dec. 4), and it’s all bent up. And they had the nerve to contact PayPal and note “refund denied”, I hadn’t even requested a refund. They’ve been so awful, it wasn’t worth fighting for the $25 to try to return it. DO NOT buy from this company!!!

It is really a very pleasant experience being able to choose among a large number of beautiful paintings the painting which you can identify with and of course the best part is being able to paint it easily. Art is made accesible and it is wonderful feeling .No longer is art only for artists! Any art lover can take an active role in creating art.I look forward to painting the paintings of my choice and take pride in hanging them on the walls in my house. This will be a very fullfilling experience for sure and I thank you for making this dream possible🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹

For sure. I bought one for my gf as her dog looks like the painting. So she hasn’t painted since a child. The other two are for me. Flowers. So I started the peonies first. Yippy.

Had I read the reviews prior to ordering I would never have placed an order. Save yourself the hassle do not order from this abysmal Chinese company.

This is a scam. The customer service is writing the same template to everyone with refund request. They will ask for sensitive information and bank details. So DO NOT PROVIDE IT TO THEM.

After waiting months for delivery missing my Daughter's birthday, she has started the painting and run out of one of the paints. I emailed asking if it would be possible to order more, the response was that enough paint is supplied to finish the painting! Clearly nowhere near enough and a complete waste of money!

Terrible experience! Ordered 3 paintings on the 30th of April. Now 29 July I'm still waiting for my money back, no delivery, no nothing! The tracking number never worked as well!
Terrible customer service, PayPal not helping either.

Talking with their Support / Not-Support team who keep saying that PayPal delayed my case. The PayPal timeline says that the case should have been resolved by 8th of July - unbelievable!

I ordered after seeing a Facebook ad, the price was in line with other paint by number companies. The website gave me an estimated date for delivery (18 workings days). However after 20 working days it hadn’t arrived and the tracking number still had the same info saying it was in China, I reached out to support they replied immediately saying it will be another week, and if it doesn’t arrive I can have a full refund. It didn’t arrive so I asked for the refund and didn’t get a response. I had to comment on Instagram in order to get a response By DM (though they deleted my public comment). They refunded a few hours later and after another week the item arrived. It looked great but actually had 3 wrong colours, I messaged support and Instagram about this and after another week they dispatched replacement colours. It took 2 weeks for these to arrive however only 1 of the 3 colours were correct the other 2 were still wrong. I emailed support once again about this but there was no response from them. I wouldn’t recommended the company it has now been 11 weeks since I ordered and I don’t have the paint to finish the product so will have to go to the shops once lockdown is over to purchase paint that I think will work. Very disappointing that they aren’t competent enough to deliver the product they have on their site and in a timely manner. I am glad they refunded me but the fact that they keep getting it wrong shows that they aren’t worth it

I am usually terrible at painting or any kind of art. I bought this for lockdown and have loved it. It looked so complicated when it first arrived but i worked through the numbers and it was so easy and therapeutic. The finished product is so beautiful and I am so pleased with it!

I love it!!! I had to wait longer than normal for all this covid situation but i was worthy! Good product, easy to work with and beautiful results!

I received my parcel after more than a months wait for my painting. I was being told different things by different customer service advisors and they seemed to just make things up to assure me my parcel was on its way. Eventually it did arrive and the product is okay, very detailed however the paint isn’t quite thick enough to cover the numbers so they show through.

Bad. I have real scam vibes from this company. Ordered in march and haven't received the package yet. Customer service is really lame and it feels like they are just stalling time hoping that I'll give up...

First made an order 1st April. Its 25th May now and still no paintings. The tracking links never updated, the most recent update I've had is to say my order was returned to sender!

I didn't mind waiting initially as I knew with COVID-19 delivery times might be slower, especially coming from China. With no updates on tracking I complained after about 4/5 weeks and received a 15% refund.

After the recent update saying my order was returned to sender, I sent an email asking for a full refund as I didn't see the point anymore and in the meantime had ordered paintings from amazon which have already arrived. The response I got was to say:
"We apologize for this case. Sure! We will refund your money.

We have some technical problems with a payment system you paid with.

Therefore, We can transfer money to your bank account. Please provide us with:

- your bank name

- IFSC bank code / IBAN

- bank account number

- currency

- the recipient's name in Latin".

Do not trust them! This is definitely a scam. Asking for 'the recipients name in Latin'?!?! I have asked for a full refund via PayPal as they did this with the 15% refund previously.

Please stay away from this website, what comes off as good customer service is them just tagging you along.

The company is just great. Delivered the painting in 2 weeks to my country. Paint, and the canvas is of good quality. The brushes would like to be slightly different. Now, during the General pandemic, this is what you need for entertainment. The drawing process is fantastic and soothing. You're left alone with your thoughts. See the result, the picture as real turned out. I feel like an artist. Thank you for your positive emotions.
