Terrible subscription plan
I’ve been happy with the actual products from Just Ingredients, but the subscription experience has honestly been disappointing.
I’m subscribed on the 30-day plan and use both products exactly as recommended, yet I still keep running out before the next shipment arrives. At one point, support suggested changing my deliveries to every 4 weeks instead of every 30 days, and that seemed to solve the issue temporarily. Now that option appears to be gone, and I’m back to waiting on orders while completely out of product.
I don’t understand how a subscription system is designed where customers can regularly run out while using the product as directed. Most people subscribe because they expect consistency and convenience.
Good products, but the subscription and shipping timing need work.
