Would not use anyone else justhire are a brilliant competent service they do Everything they say they are going to do this is the 2nd time we have used them this year I would recommend to everyone needing skip top class services .

Simple to book online with clear calendar booking system so you know the duration of your hire exactly. No hidden charges at checkout like some sites I looked at and for that reason was the most reasonably priced. Skip arrived when stated and was collected promptly on the collection date by a most helpful driver who did his best to put the skip exactly where I wanted. Many thanks

So simple to hire online. Got a phone call to confirm delivery details. Received the next morning as arranged.
Would have given 5 ☆ but its still here after nearly 2 months. Tempted to start charging for storage 😉

The skip company who delivered and collected the skips were fabulous, super easy to deal with.
We felt sometimes as there is so many ‘inbetween’ people that information was lost and communication got a little confusing.
The prices were competitive and the staff really helpful and friendly if you needed to speak to them. We have used them 2 times for 2 skips and would probably use them again!

Efficient service

I have a narrow gate which a lorry can't fit. I hired a skip which was delivered the next day.
The was great going above and beyond, he was very patient did a fantastic job of getting it onto my drive. The road is wide enough but not huge and when he started to manoeuvre it became the busiest it has been for over ten years when we had four buses an coming through. 
My contact with the office was just just as good.
Should I ever need another skip, you're my only call and my recommendation to others.

I recently had to order a skip from one county to be delivered to a site that was in another one, on a farm I didn’t own. The delivery and recovery were great and the whole process was easy and efficient. I would recommend Just hire any time.

I hired a skip through Just Hire and the whole process was quick and easy. The booking system is easy to use and I was able to pick exactly what I needed and the dates I needed it for. I will be using Just Hire again in the near future

Pleasant and responsive staff

Booking a skip online with Just hire was just so simple, I was asked what date I wanted the skip for and first thing in the morning of that date, it arrived. The driver was lovely and made sure that I was happy with where he put the skip. Excellent! Their communication was great and I have even had longer time to put more items in if I want to. Fab!

Undoubtedly the worst company I have ever dealt with. Promised the earth, failed to deliver then totally ignored any communications from me. The skip was a day late arriving despite being told at 4:15 on the due date that it would definitely be there. After that, getting it collected was a nightmare. Having stayed in all over the bank holiday weekend following assurance that the skip would be collected, guess what? It wasn’t. I then managed to get a response to my email, assuring me firstly that it would be collected on the Tuesday, then the Wednesday. At this point they actually answered my phone call and Aggie promised to follow up and get back to me the following day. She didn’t. From that point on nobody responded to my emails and nobody answered any calls.
In the end I managed to find the name of the actual company who delivered the skip and dealt with them directly. I suspect that if I hadn’t it would still be here. Do not use this company at all. As a broker they basically add on £90 or so for their ‘service’ then completely absolve themselves of any responsibility in managing problems. Awful.
