Really easy to book on line. Decided to keep the skip for a little longer and it was very easy to alter the pick up date on line. Kept well informed throughout the process with email updates.
Skip collected on agreed date.

Very easy on line process, with good guide to the size skip you need. Reasonably priced. I was concerned as I live on a narrow street which always makes delivery of anything quite difficult - the drivers were amazing, very helpful, polite and found a way to deliver and collect the skips. It was easy to book a earlier return and replacement skip. Definitely recommend and myself and family will be using them again.

Very bad service. Bad communication, bad customer service. I’ve been waiting for the skip 2 days and they couldn’t tell me when is coming! I cancelled the order and they charge me ridiculously high cancellation fee! I strongly advise not to use them!

Easy to book, good communication. Suggestion - notification (or even photo) that the skip has been delivered for those ordering for a non-home location.

Booked the wait and load 6yd skip on the Wednesday for the Friday - driver rang up when 5 mins away, was super polite and helpful. Dropped the skip in the space and parked up a few spaces away whilst I loaded up. Job done and would use again. Glad I had the rubble all bagged up and moved to the kerbside before the skip arrived, gave me the time to load - so my rec is to plan ahead.

Wow !! Easy from start to finish and surprisingly personal service. Spoke to two lovely ladies to confirm delivery and removal dates. The best thing about this company is their ‘can do’ attitude and this sets them apart from the rest who seem to enjoy placing hurdles and sanctions at every turn. I would highly recommend and use myself in the future without a doubt.

We live in South Wales , we ordered a skip for delivery as we knew we had a lot of rubbish in the Sittingbourne house that had been the residence of my late brother in law who was a hoarder, I booked the skip for 9.00am a few weeks earlier stating it had to be delivered and collected in 2 days . We arrived at the address but the skip still had not arrived at 0930 I contacted the office to complain the lady immediately got in touch with the driver and thankfully the skip arrived in ten minutes. If it hadn't turned up we would have been back on the road to South Wales , this is the reason the score is only 4 out of 5 , the skip driver was very apologetic , his delivery on the narrow drive was remarkably accurate ...he's done this before we laughed. I do recommend this company , though I shall never need to use them again..

quite an expensive service. You have to estimate the exact amount of waste or hire a bigger bin which makes a big difference. I had to pay almost £100 extra for some cardboard which they thought was too big.

2nd time using this company, best price and great service. No hassle and easy to get in touch with.
