Ordered several pieces of Travis Mathew clothing from Justgolfstuff. This is one of my favourite golf apparel brands and I couldn't believe the deal I got through this site!
The product was delivered within a few days of me placing the order. Can't wait to use it on the course this season!
Don't be fooled by the pictures..
Over the last few years, my experiences with JGS have been positive, so I have continued to order from them. I always received what I ordered and have not had to return anything. My recent order included what I thought was an NHL towel "set." The image on their site shows three towels. What I received was a single towel. I went back and read the description and sure as sugar, it says one towel. My own fault for getting duped by a picture that shows three towels - turns out, it is the same towel, folded and displayed differently. The images seem as though they are three products laying side by side and all are different sizes. Presenting the image in a manner that makes it seem like you are looking at three separate towels is absolutely deliberate, in my opinion. They hooked me in! Lol. I would not have paid the amount for a single towel, but based on the other reviews here, I won't bother trying to return and get a refund, as it seems like it would be nothing but grief. Read the description carefully and don't end up being guilty of my mistake - being fooled by the pretty pictures!

My issues were in fact resolved and far better than what I was anticipating. I will still offer to return the extra item ( with their hopeful ppd return waybill ) they credited me for, even though I was advised I could keep it.
When advised a tracking number for what was a CanPar shipment ( two diff as order coming from diff suppliers ) the link connected to a diff transport company "Whistl"....

I ordered items and see that I was fooled into purchasing at checkout an item I had bought at a higher price for now a lower price. Thinking I missed an offer i clicked expecting being to be brought back to the cart but it had processed the order with a duplicate of the clicked on (added) item.
No response, no shipping cnfmtn, no confrmation to cancel the dupe item order. Auto hangups on phone lines.
Tel extensions for specifc individuals to leave messages cannot leave messages as line only disconnects for each. Searched the names in the Toronto community and cannot believe these guys run an operation as such.
I see shipping tracking numbers for parcels not yet picked up so now there will have to be a return of a belt but that will certainly be another review article in itself.

I ordered golf shoes in my usual shoe size which didn't fit. I returned the item but based on this site I probably won't see any money. I also purchased a pair for my wife in a larger size based on my experience they didn't fit. I'll just throw them out not worth the $25. to return. I'll try to cancel another order but probably won't be successful.
Update: I did receive a refund after sending back the shoes. I received my new shoes I ordered a size larger and they're still too small! Since these are US sizes their feet must be smaller than Canadians or at 72 years old my feet are still growing.

3 wrong wedges
I ordered 3 wedges - 50, 52, 60 degree. Received 3 identical 50 degree wedges and have tried phone, voicemail and email to arrange the return and shipment of the proper wedges. Zero response. I now see I am not alone in experiencing utterly disgraceful customer service, if you call complete distain customer service.

I sent a total of 5 email’s and two phone calls and they still never had the common curtesy to respond to any of them!

Please do not order anything from these miscreants. I have had the same terrible experience as everyone else here. I returned two pairs of pants that did not fit a long while ago. I have made numerous calls & sent e-mails, but no response.

I would give them a no star review if possible. Do not order from this company. If they send you the wrong item and you try contact them by email or phone, they will never respond. I have ordered from them 3 times. My second order was for golf gloves and they were not the style ordered. The last item was golf shoes and they sent me the wrong color. I have contacted them twice through their website and 3 times by phone and no response!!!!

Ordered two pairs of pants that arrived with legs 3 inches shorter than advertised. I was promised a refund and a return shipping label in the company's only response. Since then, no label received, no response to follow-up inquiries made by email and phone message, and no refund. I see from the other reviews that this is standard practice for this company and I am being ghosted because I asked for a refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Ordered KN95 masks that were switched down
Ordered KN95 masks that I was told were manufactured by Prepared. Instead I received masks from Shenzhen in China. If the price had been lower, I would not have complained. They sent me a packing slip to return the masks for a refund, but did not respond to whether I had to pay shipping and whether points I used would be refunded. I will wait a few more days for clarification from them. Based on experience/reviews, I'm hesitant to send the masks back and possibly not receive the refund leaving me with nothing for my money.

Placed an order on Jan. 8th and today is the 21st.
Have not received the order, only heard once from email, have called a bunch of times and get a recording "That I'll be called back in 24 hours" and that has been over 48 hrs with no call. My Credit Card was charged the minute I placed the order so they have their money so WHERE IS THE MERCHANDISE??? OH, they tell you to download the SHOP app and then it wants permission for your email, your contacts, sorry they don't need that for me to be able to follow the shipment if it is ever shipped.

Shipped me the wrong product, contacted service support who said they would send out a shipping label and since then have ghosted me. Avoid this company, it is a scam. They don't answer phone calls and their service support is nonexistent.

Order arrived later than promised and incomplete. All attempts to contact have been futile. These guys are owned by UNDERPAR in Canada and I see where they are trying to sell the website. Any wonder. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Don’t order from them. They said they shipped a package early December to arrive by December 11.
When I didn’t receive by the 14th, I called them. I have called the number more than 50 times and no one answers the phone. There is a promise to respond with 24 hours. Not true!
I tried to track the package and the tracking number was bogus!
I emailed them with my concerns and then later I a got a “cancelled order” email with no explanation of why or where my package was. I didn’t cancel, I asked them to trace the package. They have left me high and dry with no chance of getting my golf clubs by Christmas.
I have left numerous emails as telephone messages to call me and they have not given me the curtesy of a return phone call. I live in the GTA and they operate in the GTA but that may be bogus as well.
Worst company every to deal with
Worst company every to deal with. They charge your credit card upon receipt of your order. They state in my case 7days delivery. Then 30 days later they do not respond to any requests for product delivery updates or any request you asked for. Total crap!!!! Will never use this company again!

Return Debacle
Bought 2 shirts early April. Too big. Confirmed return process with customer service - all good. Product sent back and showed delivered back to them, but 10 days later no refund. Inquired and they asked for tracking info which I provided. They said they would issue my refund and I got an email a couple days later showing the refund. All going reasonably well so far. Well 2 weeks later no refund on my card and they won’t answer my emails or return the phone message I left them. Had to file a dispute with Visa who is going to get my money back.

Terrible customer service, took my money, no product
Terrible customer service, actually no customer service. Via, email, this "company" offered me an option to cancel my order and give me a refund because the golf cart they sold me was a product they never had to begin with. I replied back and requested the cancel and refund. Now it's been 3 days, crickets, silence from them. I attempted to contact them a few more times too, no response. Now I had to complain to Sezzle that this merchant is non-responsive and appears fraudulent and I suspect they get their products from Alibaba.
