I ordered a golf bag on Feb 7, 2026 and received it on Feb 9...very very HAPPY with my purchase and delivery was prompt and service EXCELLENT.
The price was better (80.00$) less than Amazon for the same item. I strongly recommend Just Golf Stuff to every golfer

Ordered on Saturday and received my order on Tuesday,everything shipped was as ordered and would do it again. Don’t know how it arrived so soon with winter storm as bad as we seen in years.

Do not buy from this company. I ordered a full set of Club's over a week ago. They charged my credit card and advised that the Club's were shipped. Tracking number does not work and several attempts to contact customer service was not answered. A total rip-off.

Terrible service. Ordered grips then they randomly cancelled order 2 weeks later. Idiots don’t buy

If I could rate Just Golf Stuff lower than a one I would. I ordered a set of clubs for my son for Christmas on November 27, 2025. I received an email on December 1 indicating the order had shipped. I hadn't received the clubs on December 9, so I sent an email to inquire. They replied informing me that the clubs were out of stock, they were refunding me and there was nothing they could do - two weeks before Christmas. Not only did they have 12 days to let a customer know that their order couldn't/wouldn't be fulfilled and fail to do so but they sent a shipping email with tracking! If I hadn't emailed I'd still be waiting for the clubs. Don't order anything from this company.

Ordered 2 dozen Callaway Chrome Soft (over run logo) balls. They sent me Callaway Chrome Tour instead. I told them I got the wrong order and wanted the Soft (which I did order). They said there was a problem woth the Chrome Soft and theyre taking off the site, so all I could do is return the Chrome Tour for my money back. I said fine i'll keep them since I need balls. A week and a half later I get their email with their sales showing the Chrome Soft. So either they lied to me or theyre still selling a product they don't have.

Bought a Northern Spirt golf bag and it does not perform as promised. If you have tall clubs IT WILL NOT WORK! Just Golf Stuff does not stand behind their products

Placed an order almost a week ago and have not received any shipment tracking information. I’ll be giving it another day before a inform my credit card to cancel the transaction.

Ordered over a week ago and still hasn't been shipped, total scam company. STAY AWAY!

Customer service wouldn't respond until I mentioned a credit card chargeback, responded within 5 minutes. Also, I live 2 minutes outside of Sudbury on the Trans Canada Highway. Apparently this is too far for them to ship, despite all sorts of deliveries are made on my street daily, and they'll ship to a relative in the same city who lives 20 minutes further away from the delivery companies' distribution centres. Got this order shipped to Ottawa instead, waiting for a visit to get it dropped off. Wouldn't even listen to an explanation.

(This was a previous experience, but combining the two is what finally made me want to write a review. They don't care once they have your money)

Oh! Forgot about trying to order. They had a 3 for $60 golf shirt deal. Two of us ordered together. Added 6, and suddenly couldn't get the deal. Also offered 2 for $70 long sleeves, but no possible way to add it to your cart, even when you CHOOSE to buy two, and would put them in full price. So we had to split into two orders, and split the 2 for $70 across 2 orders, paying the full $50, because then I wouldn't have spent enough for free shipping.

Fly by night.

Got 2 stars because the deals ARE good. Just a headache to finally get them.

I have never had an issue ordering from this site and I have about a dozen total orders. I've ordered clubs, apparel and accessories. I am a particular fan of the Levelwear polos. These are quite nice shirts, fit nicely and are comfortable. They are not cotton, but I don't want to wear cotton in warmer weather, so these are perfect for all but the cooler days. And best of all, these are frequently on sale and can be purchased for as little as $20 per. I hesitate to give a 5 star review because as I said, I've never had a problem and I've heard that if there is a problem, it's a headache to resolve it and often there is no resolution. The shipping is also not the quickest of the golf sites I use most often. Golfvault for instance has very fast shipping.

Horrible company that tries every lie in the book to scam you. Shipping would be faster if I would have walked across the province to pick it up and oh by the way I'm still waiting! They tried to scam me out of 50 bucks extra for shipping and shipped it through the most horrendous shipping service Sendle that subs out to an even worse courier company and no one seems to know where packages are...but the are awesome at making up lies and excuses. Save your money and frustration...if it's too good to be true then it probably is. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Ordered a Lazrus 7 hybrid golf club. When I hit the ball it sounds like I am hitting with a tin can. This is a used club and I was aware of that but club is supposed to be playable. Not so. No returns. Lesson learned.

Slow shipping, idiotic company policies. I placed an order almost 2 weeks ago that still has not been shipped. I contacted customer service after 1 week who said that it would be shipped the next business day. When that didn't happen, they said within the week. Nope. They refuse to refund me because they already created a shipping label (even though my order is still sitting in their warehouse). I am increasingly convinced it's never going to ship and I will have to dispute the charge with my bank. Don't waste your time or $.
UPDATE: Was refunded within 5 min of disputing the charge with Sezzle. Clearly the “unable to provide a refund” argument was more about not wanting to lose the sale and not because it couldn’t be done. Sketchy company.

Product came as advertised and fast shipping. Packaging could be better but it's the same issue as other places too. I would shop here again

I ordered golf balls at a good price from them on 19 December, I realized it was around the holidays so I figured it would be a little slow. 9 days later I received an email saying the shipping label had been created, 9 days to create a shipping label but I figured “ok my item is on its way”. On Monday 29 December I call customer service and am guaranteed that my item will ship that day and will get expedited shipping. The following Monday of 6 January I call again because the shipping information has still not changed, at this point the customer service agent tells me they are just going to cancel my order and refund my money because it is snowing and blames FedEx. I then called FedEx and they tell me that this company is responsible for getting the item to them. Whoever is responsible is really a moot point considering I’m getting a refund so on the day I ordered the exact same balls from Golfballs.com at a comparable price. The balls from Golfballs.com got to me in less than a week. I then called this company to ask about my refund and what is the hold up and they said they had sent it in and it would take a few more days. Oddly enough on 17 January I receive an email for this company saying the balls will be here on that day. I called the company once again to ask why I hadn’t received my refund and to ensure the order was cancelled and was told that I couldn’t cancel an order once a shipping label was created. I really don’t believe that the customer service agents know the policies for this company. Well today has been 1 month and I received a text and email today saying the balls were delivered. Not sure where they were sent but it wasn’t to my address, so once again I’ll have to waste my time trying to call their customer service. Just writing this to let you know the absolute truth. It’s nothing personal but I will never order from this company again and I will do everything I can to ensure the 200 members of my golf club know not to waste their time with this company.

Placed an order and then placed a duplicate order for the same club to take advantage of a discount code I missed. Tried to cancel one through their "customer service" within minutes of placing the second order and was told one would be cancelled. Perfect. Monitored the situation over the next few days and then it appeared that both orders had been shipped despite my request and being told it would get done. Then waited several weeks to receive my stuff because they used some discount carrier I've ever heard of before. Figured, ok, I'll just return one club now when I get both as their return policy seemed reasonable enough...no big deal. When I finally did get my package, it was slightly open and one club was missing entirely and the other was the wrong club that I ordered and it was broken in half. Since I am not the sender, I cannot initiate an insurance claim through the carrier. I emailed them multiple times for direction at that point just to get completely ignored/ghosted. No phone number anywhere either so I couldn't call anyone. I had to go though the credit card company to initiate a chargeback, which is currently pending. I hope, for their sake that I get my money back because if I don't, I will go to their warehouse myself, about 30 mins away, to demand it back. Would never buy from the again, in my 25 years of online shopping this is among the worst experiences I have ever had.

I ordered a pair of 10 Wide golf shoes. They were delivered and did not fit. I own 10 pairs of 10 Wide golf shoes, these shoes weren't even close. I felt like "Miss Piggy" trying to shoehorn them on my feet.
I asked them to send me a shipping label so I could return them. NO SUCH LUCK !! I had to pay for the shipping because they were not "defective" When I finally received the credit, they short changed me another $10.50. I had to correspond with them again to get the credit. Certainly not worth the effort. Ordered 11/26/24, finally resolved to my unsatisfaction on 1/6/2025. Don't buy anything that has a size or you will be wanting to commit "harry carry"

I ordered Nike golf polos on sale, saw the pics and ordered the sizes I needed as a gift for someone. The polos came back with random logos on them that weren’t advertised on the pictures. Apparently in the description, which was a drop down expandable part of the website that I did not read it said that the polos were leftovers from printing they did for golf tournaments. It was a final sale and the company did not return them.

The advertising was misleading and clear representation of the product should have been given. First and last time shopping there.

I only gave a star cause I no other choice I purchased three shirts. On the pictures they were plain nike dry fit shirts like I wanted. I received them close to a month later. They also had logos from another customer. I talked to customer service and they wanted to charge me to correct it so I just trashed the shirts.
