Again stay clear of this company as they are fraudulent!!!
Sent me wrong item and are refusing to pay postage to return item even they sent wrong colour boots (burgundy not black) so offering me 20% credit.
I refused and asked for a correct colour to be sent but saying I have to pay to China to return boots they sent.
Just stay well clear as they are a rip off.
I probably have no rights because they are abroad so£40 down!

Since I've being waiting, for 4 months now, a blouse to come in the right size, I believe that I am entitled to post that JustFashionNow is a very bad organized company when it comes to clothing. The sizes do not fit to the European or American ones. The service is not responding well. If you wish to exchange clothing for the right size, it will cost you money, unreasonable time and a lot of nerves. If they’ll send you the clothing by a private delivery company you might pay over 100 euros or dollars for import taxes. In any case of exchanging clothing, you will lose money for a cheap quality item. Most of the clothing is of low quality, mainly synthetic and very poor in cotton. JustFashionNow people know their weakness in exchanging clothes that’s why they propose to their clients to “donate the wrong items at a charitable institution"!

I would give this company no stars if possible. Clothing I ordered arrived 3 months after placing the order. The dresses were of very poor quality material and made badly- NOTHING like the very attractive photos! So I decided to return them. That’s when the big problems started to occur! Firstly they would not give me a return address and kept offering me further discount off yet more of their clothes! However I persisted and eventually they sent me an address in China and said my parcel had to be tracked. So I had to spend £14 doing this. I then waited and waited. No refund or reply to endless emails. Eventually I got my money back through my credit card company. This is a fraudulent company operating from China with no mention of its location on their website. Major companies are still carrying their ads but be warned! Note that positive reviews sound fake!

After 5 months I received an apology response from Just Fashion for a dress of different color and synthetic fabric instead of linen. They tell me the story of the computer that alters the colors! And the synthetic fabric ???? It was better if they didn't answer, I threw the dress!

Awful awful experience. Paid for 2 day shipping, came in 9 days. They refuse to refund me the full amount because they "can't promise delivery time through the carrier" ..... Then don't steal my money if you can't promise 2 day shipping. I needed these shoes for a very special occasion. I keep emailing them and they keep sending back the same exact email that doesn't even make sense. This company is a scam and they steal your money. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.

Appalling scam company. Goods take months to arrive. Material advertised as 'cotton linen' turned out to be entirely synthetic. Fit, colour and style not remotely as illustrated. Workmanship beyond poor. Extremely shoddy. Company make it almost impossible to cancel or return orders or to obtain refunds. BEWARE. Do not use this company.

OMG I got scammed !!! I can’t even get them to get order right much less send them. They have no phone number it’s bogus the one that’s listed reviews are fake ..... they need to be shut down if what I read that the quality is crap to??

I recommend Justfashionow because until now my packages have arrived full and on the date indicated in the store.

Definitely a must do, really high quality cashmere items and a fascinating mill tour!

I've never received my purchase and don't even money back. After struggle to contact them, they say I must deal with courier by my own. their courier tracking system shows a missing delivery which it never happened actually, and there are no contacts to deal with. After sales assistance are extremely poor and they keep saying "give us 3 more days" in loop. Obviously no results at all.

Yet another bad review!! Ordered last month ....no shipping details through but finally an email in Italian! Cant read it and asked twice for a translation. Then promised the shoes had been dispatched but still waiting.... have now asked for by order to be cancelled and monies returned. Still waiting a reply. Am going to take this further as I am a lawyer. They should reply and wont get away with it. Watch this space.

Avoid this company at all cost!! Keep your eyes open. This is a fraudulent company!! I ordered a coat from Januar 7 this year and I am still waiting for it. My order number is 1976166 and the tracking number was never updated! And now I can read that the tracking number is expired. To old! I ask for my money back $45.00 plus postage. I have nothing back. Sorry Im unable to award a minus star!!!! After ordering 3 dresses and only one received I am at a loss how this Company have not been prosecuted!! They are scammers!!!! I took up my claim with PayPal with no result! Angry is not the word!! Disgusting company!

What a very disappointing experience and a terrible selling practice. I would not buy from this company again. I ordered a dress and after a month still had not received the item but despite this, Just Fashion deducted the money from my PayPal account. They must have known at point of order that the item was not available for delivery, but they did not even inform me. It was only after I chased that they emailed me. I was told that there is a delay and after another few weeks that it could take anther 20 days. NOT GOOD ENOUGH because all this time, they have my money. I have now escalated this issue to PayPal who are looking into the matter. Just too much hassle.

DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY!!! THE CLOTHING IS NOTHING LIKE IN THE PHOTOS, YOU WILL RECEIVE CHEAP AND NASTY POLYESTER RIP OFFS ! WHEN YOU WANT TO SEND ANYTHING BACK, YOU WILL BE GIVEN A COMPLETE RUNAROUND!
STAY AWAY, OR BE PREPARED TO KISS YOUR MONEY GOODBYE AND JUST THROW THE RUBBISH YOU EVENTUALLY RECEIVE IN THE BIN. DON'T GO THERE!!!!

Received items that looked nothing like the photos (poor quality materials). Returned everything with request for refund, which was ignored. Have sent the company proof of postage - still no refund. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing from them.
