Unfortunately, I disregarded the reviews warning that this company is a scan. So, I ordered 8 items from them for more than $ 150.00, they sent me one item-- a 5-shirt that cost $ 6.00 in the wrong size, and nothing more. They claim that the 2nd order was sent, but it was never received by a US carrier. After several emails from them, it's clear they have no plans to refund my money, so I'll forward all the tracking emails confirming that the shipment never left China to my credit card company. So, they ripped me off...

Folks, save yourselves time and money...don't bother ordering rom this company...

Here I am again, waiting for Just Fashion Now to reply that they have deleted my name and credit card information from their website. I've asked them repeatedly to do this for at least several months. Only one reply said they couldn't do this, which isn't true. Ask any reputable online seller. All my requests and deadlines to this company have been ignored. All other replies, including in response to Trustpilot reviews, have been automatic or off topic. Poor quality products, Mary Jane shoes that look and feel like cardboard with velcro that doesn't stick. Repeat shipping problems. I don't want to pay to phone Hong Kong, but am afraid that's next. Just Fashion Now, you need to know I am not going away on emails to you or Truspilot reviews until you fix my problem. I do not want you to have my information any more. Please don't reply again that you cannot delete it and my credit card is safe with you. I wouldn't trust you with a six-year-old's allowance.

First and foremost, I very rarely complete reviews on products simply because they sometimes take an absorbent amount of time to complete. However, in the case of this company, I feel it’s almost a duty to do a review. First, nothing about this company and website is legitimate. To begin, when I attempted to log onto the website it was somewhat difficult at best. This problem should have served as an indicator to me to not pursue their products any further, but I did so anyway. I did buy several items from the site which totaled $140.00.

Most of the items I selected were beautiful on the website. They use professional models and computer enhanced photos to make their products look better than they actually are. When I received the products they did not resemble anything I had seen on the company’s site. The items were subpar and of low quality. The thread used on their products is cheap and all the items I received resembled something that might be made in a sweatshop. Their website is set up to deceive customers. This company does not list a telephone number on its customer service website so the only way to contact them is through e-mail in which they take days to respond to.

Additionally, when they did bother to answer my e-mail they gave me two options, return the items to China at my own expense or accept a fifteen percent refund, which came out to be $11.89 cents. So, no matter what you think, no matter what you do, avoid this company at all costs. They are deceitful, their product is nothing but garbage and they will rip you off. I didn’t even give the stuff to Goodwill; I just threw it all in the trash. So, avoid this company like the plague and alert anyone you know to do the same.

I WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY ONE STAR!! BUT HAVE NO CHOICE, HAVE TO SELECT A STAR TO WRITE YET ANOTHER REVIEW!!

LIARS AND A THIEVING COMANY.

Ordered several items that never arrived. I contacted them a total of 4 times and was informed on each occasion that they were 'in transit and to be patient'. It has now been 10 weeks and they have still not arrived. I am now £75 down and have not received the items.
I have asked for a refund, but as yet, they have not responded.
I would avoid at all costs and spend your money else where. I feel totally ripped off!

Just to let people know that besides being a terrible website I did get a complete refund. Be consistent with emails.

I would not give this company any stars. They are total crooks. The only item I received was complete rubbish and wrong size. Would not give a refund unless I sent it back to China. Currently trying to get my money back through Visa. Do not go there.

“The tracking number you continue to send me is NOT for the 2nd pair of shoes that I ordered. I am POSITIVE the 2nd pair will never be delivered. When ordering the shoes, they had a quick delivery date. Otherwise, I would not have purchased TWO PAIR. I am not satisfied with the quality of the pair I received. I do not want the ugly shoes. Because you lied about the delivery, you can keep the ugly shoe. I AM, AGAIN, REQUESTING A FULL REFUND FOR THE UNDELIVERED 2ND PAIR. Your reputation as a company SUCKS. I TOTALLY AGREE WITH THE OTHER REVIEWS POSTED. THEY ARE A SHAMBOLIC COMPANY AND I TRULY BELIEVE THAT SOME OF THE CLOTHES THIS COMPANY ADVERTISE DO NOT EXIST - I have waited 30 days for two dresses only to be fobbed off and now I have asked for a refund they say this will take up to 2 weeks.

MY ADVICE ALSO IS DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY THE TIME OF DAY - THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF.

I would give this company zero rating. Do not use them. I ordered 4 dresses at a cost of just under £100. The dress sizes are totally different, the dresses don’t look anything like the images on their website. Material & stitching is poor quality. Trying to get a refund is like pulling teeth without anaesthetic. Customer service dreadful and return policy non- existent. These garments come from China not Italy.... DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

First and certainly my last purchase....... I ordered 2 tops. The first was not dispatched after 5weeks so I cancelled and it was refunded. The second top..... well, it did arrive, looked nothing like what I ordered (was supposed to be a kaftan for the beach but looked like a cheap nasty cleaners tabard) and it has a hole in. This company seem to think I would like to save myself hassle and accept a 20% refund. I said no. They then offered 25%. WHY on earth would I accept that? Its unwearable and failty. I am in dispute with them still.
I suggest you stay away from this company and save yourself stress and hassle.
I will amend my review if and when I get my refind!

Actually pleasantly surprised that the order only took about two weeks. The dress I ordered didn't turn out to be linen but a sort of silk jersey material. The colour is also totally different - the middle of the dress is supposed to be white and it's cream, the bottom of the dress should be khaki but it's an awful yellowy-brown. I'm normally a size 12 and I received XXL. It does fit but it's rather big. I don't want the hassle of returning it so will probably wear it on holiday though the material is probably too warm. The company should be honest about the material and the colour. The reason I gave it 3 stars was because of the delivery. Won't be ordering anything again from China, too risky!

Wish I could give no stars. Like others have found, clothes took months to arrive and order then incomplete. Clothes not as advertised in terms of fabric, colour, design or sizing. Quality truly terrible.
The 'company' make it almost impossible for you to return clothes or contact them.
A grim experience in every way.

I URGE AND WARN YOU .... DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE FRAUDULENT IN EVERY WAY. PART OF MY ORDER ARRIVED .... AFTER I HAD REQUESTED IT TO BE CANCELLED BECAUSE OF THE DELAY IN DELIVERY. WHEN IT DID ARRIVE, BOTH DRESSES WERE SIZE 3XL!!! MY ORDER WAS FOR SIZE L. THE QUALITY WAS POOR. ONE PAIR OF SHOES ARRIVED AND THEY WERE SO CHEAPLY MADE. I AM REPORTING THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.

The clothes are made by people learning to sew out of cheap ugly fabric. ADVERTISED AS COTTON. yep 5% the rest nasty polyester. It's quite possible that kids in sweat shops are sewing these clothes. They are that bad.
They won't allow you to return them, they just never email you the label to return them. This is a fraudulent company.

This company advertised convincingly a "Lily Lula" liquid eyebrow pen.
I ordered one via PayPal. After waiting for two months I put a complaint in with PayPal and they promised to look into it. Short thereafter I received the item, but when using it, the pen, was totally dried up. Useless!
Stay away from this company.
