Just Clear® - Aylesbury Anmeldelser

David is passionate about keeping as much as possible from land fill and making his house clearances as kind to the planet as possible.
I was really struck that he takes on the additional costs of storage so that it affords him the time to go through the things and ensure that they go to the best possible places. He has made links with local organisations such as one where they will take old tools, refurbish them and send them to third world countries to help individuals setting up their businesses.
Our house clearance was for my late father’s home and knowing that many things will be used for the good of others would have been exactly what he would have wanted.
Reliable, polite and hardworking. Thank you so much David, we are so appreciative of your help and I truly admire your companies ethos.

Excellent service from David and crew on the second time of using

Would not hesitate to book him again

Having done plenty of research on reputable clearance companies registered with the Environment Agency, I selected Just Clear who operate a franchise model. Specifically I contacted the Aylesbury branch owned by David Mitchell.

David always responded quickly and once I had provided details and photos of the property I needing clearing, he gave me a detailed estimate which broke down all the costs he would incur in responsibly deposing of items.

The clearance was performed on time. David was extremely diligent in checking for items that I might need to retain but which I had previously missed. I was so impressed and grateful he did this.

The clearance was completed in the estimated time and he even swept and hoovered the floors!

David provides high quality detailed photos of the final cleared rooms.

The final invoice fell within the original estimated range.

All in all a very professional job and I would absolutely recommend them.

I had to clear my Uncle’s flat as he moved into more assisted living. Just clear was easy and quick to book and any fears of not returning keys on time were soon allayed.
Yesterday morning, as I looked at the endless piles and bags for clearance, it was hard to imagine it could be done. The stairways and fire doors were going to be a challenge.
When David arrived I was (gently 😊) urged to go downstairs. In comfort, and oblivious to the fervent activity, I read the paper and chatted to residents that passed by until David invited me back to find the flat completely cleared.
After a very challenging year of ill health and unfortunate incidents for my Uncle, David’s handling of this stage of events was a pleasure to experience.

The huge sense of relief is still with me today!

Excellent service from start to finish. David Mitchell was very friendly, helpful & nothing was too much trouble. Him & his team took great care clearing my late father's flat. He was considerate & trustworthy. I found it very reassuring knowing that he did his best to recycle & give what he could to charity. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

Just Clear was exceptional!

My Mother passed away and we needed to clear everything out within a time scale. David made the house clearance of my Mother’s bungalow run very smoothly.

I’m so glad we used Just Clear, not only for his and his assistants hard work, but David was such an easy-going, pleasant and really friendly person and was very respectful. Just Clear was very reasonably priced and I would highly recommend their services!

Thank you for your help!

This is not just any clearance company, it’s one with customer relationship and going that extra mile for you. The help and support I’ve received from David has been second to non, he’s professional and extremely helpful, even though the job didn’t go ahead in the end, he went to great lengths to find solutions to my problems. If you’re looking for a house clearance company, then look no further and give Just Clearance call.

Brilliant service, great teamwork when clearing my late Aunt’s house. Very professional, respectful and great correspondence throughout. Done all that was asked, would definitely recommend!

Just Clear were very professional, flexible and efficient. Everything was timely and David was transparent throughout the process. Work was carried out with minimum disruption. We knew what the job would cost and how all the contents would be handled. Great job.

There is nothing better than a company that makes you feel special. David has not only has done everything promised carefully and efficiently, but he went out of his way to make the process smooth, friendly, even enjoyable. It has been a pleasure to work with them.

We took David Mitchell and Just Clear's help to completely empty my father-in-law's house. There were 3 positive points that supports my 5 star review:
1. Communication: The communication with David was clear, prompt and precise from the onset. He communicated promptly and did not over-commit. Whenever he was in doubt, he asked and clarified. He gave an estimate and when he realised that the work may go beyond the estimate, he revised it and requested another approval. The final invoice was within the range of the final estimate.
2. Quality of work: Very good standard of work. David and his assistant displayed a very high standard of work. They left the property clean. They were on time.
3. Going beyond: David went beyond his scope when the next door neighbour needed help to move the fridge out.
I will strongly recommend to anyone who needs a partial clear of full clear. Extremely professional and delight to work with.

David Mitchell at Just Clear provided a brilliant house clearance service when we were selling my mum's house following her move into care.

David was really easy to work with, communicating clearly and promptly right the way through from quote to completion. I particularly appreciated his regular photo updates as he and his team made progress through the job.

The price was very reasonable, and he was able to give helpful advice on items that were worth considering for auction as well as donation or recycling. I particularly appreciated his working with a charity for refurbishing and reusing all of my dad's tools - it's great that they'll get a second life.

I really appreciate the job they did for us, and I'm happy to recommend them without reservation.

My experience for clearance using Just Clear Aylesbury was fantastic. After submitting my request for a quote, David was very prompt with quote. With in few hours he send me a quote. Even in his busy schedule, he was able to squeeze in flat clearance request. During the clearance day, was very punctual with the time. I don't think anybody can do faster clearance than these guys as I am talking about 3rd floor flat clearance. Finally and most important pricing is also very reasonable in the market. I would definitely recommend Just Clear to my friends and family. Their services are top notch.

The JustClear team did an amazing job, from start to finish.

Before the clearance they kept in touch regularly, but without being pushy or salesy. On the day itself the team confirmed the work to be carried out following a tour of the house. They provided updates on progress and did exactly what they said they would do – clear the house. The final pictures were unbelievable.

Happy to recommend to anyone.

I have recently had to clear my brother’s house in Milton Keynes, as he has had to move into a care home. He had lived in the house for fifty plus years, and can politely be described as a ‘hoarder’! Everything had to be gone through carefully as he had mixed up his financial papers with shopping catalogues, books, school reports etc. David Mitchell came round and assured me that everything would be either donated to charity or recycled. The fact that his belongings would not go to landfill would have been very important to my brother. David and his colleague Aidan were very through and did an excellent job of clearing the house, loft and garage - even vacuuming the property once it was empty! David confirmed that items had been donated to Age Concern, Salvation Army and two local hospices. I would have no hesitation in recommending David Mitchell and JustClear.

David and his team were so professional, I would thoroughly recommend their house-clearance service. He was very efficient right from the start - in replying to emails and calls - right through to the end of the work. They were able to remove all the items, including breaking up a large sofa and bed - and taking items down from a difficult-to-access loft space. I was particularly impressed with their commitment to reusing and recycling household items. They were extremely polite and tidy as well which was an added bonus.

Very good service I would definitely recommend this service
