Dreadful. No communication. Order just says payment pending even though my money left my account 3 days ago. Have sent 6 emails. No response. Would not recommend.

I can’t rate just beauty and their team enough. I ordered my nail kit 2 days ago, had a small technical issue with payment but received and email the next day confirming the correct payment was made. In the current circumstances with covid19 I expected delivery to take forever but received my order 2 days later!! Thanks so much just beauty and all the team!! My nails will at least last the isolation! Will definitely order from here again 😁😁 very happy customer!

Customer service has been excellent. I made a mistake with the delivery address on an order. They have kept me informed on how they were going to resolve the issue for me. I would definetly use Just Beauty again.

The sanitising gel that I ordered was delivered extremely fast and at the best price I could find.I was extremely surprised at the service as other providers could not come anywhere close to the service provided by this supplier.Would genuinely recommend this supplier to everyone.

I am still waiting for my parcel! I've had 2 emails saying yodel have made 2 separate attempts to deliver my parcel but both times they said unable to gain access which isn't true. I've been there all day! Both times! It's so frustrating as nobody is getting back to my emails asking what's going on. Rubbish service and wont shop here again. Paid for goods I've not received.
