Always 24 hour delivery. Been using Juno for a long time and I have never once had a problem. 10/10 customer service. Many years ago I ordered a record the day before New Year’s Eve and it still turned up the next day. Thanks Juno.

Never Ever Ever again
Never Ever Ever again!

Juno problem ?
Still didn't get samples but it is what it is
Juno is a good site despite this issue
Juno has worked well previously with many downloads however I purchased a sample pack yesterday which downloaded to my phone but on extracting the files they were empty and it says zero files extracted ! In the same order I have all my other files no problem . This is a real shame because when Juno works it is a great alternative to rip off subscription models , Juno did resend me a link to download samples but on closer inspection that hasn't worked ...

Hi,
We have not found an issue with the files themselves, however being that this is a sample pack and not a regular release, it is most likely a format that is not supported by your mobile device. When you can please try on a desktop device using a compatible software to open the sample pack and let us know.
Compatibility of sample packs by format
WAV: Compatible with FL Studio, Abelton, Acid Pro, Logic, Reason, Cubase, Pro Tools, Reaper & more.
APPLE: Compatible with Logic, Garageband & more.

Will definitely be using Juno again
I download a few tracks from a few different websites, in my quest for tunes for my DJ mixes, and I found Juno Download to be a breeze to source from. A great selection of music, that is easy to find via the search, with a website that is also easy to navigate around, and all competitively priced too, whether it's per individual song or as a complete album collection. Will definitely be using Juno again!
