I had never had to use a removal service before and tried a few companies that were disappointing because I had to chase them. But this company got back to be straight away. They were polite and efficient and on time. They cleared everything that had to be removed. I will definitely use them again and I have already recommended them to my friends and family.

Straightforward. Have been looking for a decent rubbish clearance service in SE London for months. Finally! Clear communication, on time and price actually came at the lower end of what was quoted. Really happy with everything.

Was quoted £330-380 which seemed excessive but they could be here within a day. Sent pictures and descriptions of everything. They postponed the collection a day, which is ok as I wasn't in a hurry. When they arrived, they took new pictures and called back with a quote of £590 saying there's more than my pictures. There wasn't. Thankfully, I wasn't in a rush so I just sent them out.

Firstly prices advertised on website bear no resemblance to the price that I was actually quoted. On top of this I was asked to send comprehensive photos which I did and received a quote of the basis of the photos. When the operatives turned up to do the work I received a message to pay another £40 on top of the £380 quoted which was already expensive or they would not do the work. I had tenants moving in and had no choice so was held to ransom. I have now found out that the local council offer a similar service at about 20% of the price. I would not recommend, shop around.

I got a very quick collection organised by thus company. Communication was very good and clear. Two people arrived, did the job with care not to scuff my newly painted walls. They were really lovely. They did a great job. I would recommend this company

Fantastic service. Really helpful during a stressful move time. I had a very limited window to clear out my flat and an appointment was scheduled around my limited availability. Lots of contact before the appointment with last minute disposal additions by me were not a problem. Would definitely recommend.

I first contacted Junkbunk via their website and was called back very quickly and then given a quote. The team arrived early and were able to clear everything we needed very quickly. My dad had items he had needed to get rid of for years and it is a relief to have been able to do so so easily.

We were quoted £390-440 on the inital enquiry. We gave them details of the flat along with a list of what needed to be removed. This jumped to £690 on the day of the job despite having knowledge of what the job would entail before their arrival.
They damaged our newly furnished floors while removing our old fridge. The floors cost £1000+ to install but the damage its would have been approx £300 to repair. If they had apologied for the damage and offered compensation for repairs, we would have no issue but they denied that they caused the damage.
When my partner reported this to them, we were told that because he had shaken the removers hand it was proof that they shouldn't take responsibility for the damages.
I'm no lawyer but I've never heard of a hand shake being a legally binding waiver. We've given them chances to respond but there's been nothing so far. Now we fully intend to take legal matters to resolve this. Such disgraceful unprofessionalism from cowards who try to weasel their way out of taking responsibility. Avoid at all costs unless you like being scammed and your newly furnished floors in tatters

Booked a collection to collect some items outside while I was away. They lied about taking everything, sent photos of everything gone after half of it was simply out of the shot. Wasted my time arguing over text. Don’t use these people.
