I am writing this review to warn other customers about my terrible experience with June's Bridal. I am extremely upset and feel completely scammed by their deceptive business practices and nonexistent customer service.I placed an order on August 9th, and the system explicitly promised me a delivery window between August 16th and August 19th for paying $33 for rush delivery. However, when I checked their website afterward, the fine print stated "To sum up, generally it takes about 25 days to receive the package after placing the order. If you order with rush service (an extra $29.99), the total turnaround time will be shortened to 15-18 days. This is a direct contradiction to the delivery dates they promised me at checkout. My special event is in 13 days. Realizing this discrepancy and that I would not receive my dress in time for the event, I immediately sent two separate cancellation requests well before their stated 12-hour cancellation window expired. Instead of a helpful response, I received a generic, automated AI message stating that they are in their peak season and cannot address my request immediately. Now, the 12-hour cancellation window has officially expired. They completely ignored my timely requests, and no one has even reviewed my case. My account has not been updated to reflect a refund, and I have received zero confirmation that my cancellation was processed. They deliberately ran out the clock on my cancellation window while ignoring my messages. This place is a scam, and they are withholding my money under false pretenses. Avoid June's Bridal at all costs if you want your order on time or expect any form of professional customer support.

The delivery dates shown at checkout were based on the rush option you selected, and that timeline remains on track.
On the matter of your cancellation requests: our team processes all incoming messages in the order they are received, during business hours — this was not a deliberate delay. We want to be clear that our cancellation policy is based on the time your request was submitted relative to when the order was placed, not on the time of our response. Your initial request was submitted within that window, and that is what counts.
We're sorry that the automated reply during this period added to your frustration rather than reassuring you. That was not the experience we wanted you to have.

Bought my dress from June Bridals and… it is perfect!
Bought my dress from June Bridals and could not be happier. Quality was excellent - looked exactly like photo and description. Customer Service was also excellent. They took extra steps to confirm sizing was correct because the dimensions seemed off based on my body size. I had measured my arm size incorrectly. Had they not reached out to check and confirm my dress would've been too small! Dress was made and shipped within a couple weeks. It was perfect. I would shop here again and recommend!

It was a gamble, some folks seem super happy and I believe that to be true.
I did not look at reviews before I ordered my dress and did not heed the advice of my daughter that warned me against ordering what she referred to as “shady fast fashion”… but, I was busy and thought, it’s quick, easy, the dress looks beautiful, how bad could it be?
It was bad, the dress that arrived was not like the dress in the picture. The whole purchase was a rather disappointing experience from the start. First, I ordered and the estimated delivery date in the shopping cart shifted from a week before, to the day of my wedding.
Junes Bridal auto responds with AI, but they did follow up with personal sounding emails from an agent named Alice. She offering to “expedite” the dress that was originally projected to be delivered with plenty of time. You cannot call this business. To be fair they are on the far side of the world so the time difference makes that kind of understandable,
Junes Bridal did consistently communicate, until I insisted on returning the inaccurately made dress. Then no more AI responses, they finally followed up with an offer of $60 to keep the dress, (about 25% of what I spent). I declined. My next two return requested were completely ignored.
After I originally posted this review, they stopped ignoring me and I received a partial refund of $140 from my $245 original purchase. They do not want the dress back, it is still sitting in my dining room in the original packaging with the tags still on it waiting to be donated. To send it back it would basically have cost the same difference. I purchased a different dress from Dillards for my wedding that worked beautifully.
The company asked me to pull down this review, but Trust Pilot is in business for a reason. I did increase my review from one star to three. They have communicated politely with me and did send a partial refund, but the whole process felt like pulling teeth. Junes Bridal’s return policies are stated on their website which I recommend reading first if you want to gamble on one of their dresses.
I’m not sure why the customer has to pay $40 for the original shipping (when the original shipping was free) and when they did not ship a dress that looked like the one I ordered, but it is stated in their policies online. Also please note, they will not take back any accessories, so that was more sunk cost, a bustle and a garment bag. I did get a nice veil out of the deal and perhaps someone will find the dress at Goodwill and have it altered into something they like.
I did not read the reviews or policies until after I ordered my dress. I believe they are fairly accurate, some customers are happy, some are really disappointed. It’s a gamble.

Absolutely will not recommend I WANT MY MONDY BACK!!
Well, I am very, very upset with this company. I have emailed multiple times regarding my order. Order # jbd20260723-166111 they told me that they would cancel my order that they were putting it on hold until they could confirm that I actually want to cancel. I’ve confirmed three times since then and have heard nothing. It has gone radio silent. My dress was $197 and I have not received my refund. I am very dissatisfied. I will never ever ever tell anyone about this company. The agent that was working on my case her name is Alice and still has yet to respond to me. All I want is my money back. I have not received the address. I just canceled because I found a new dress. This is taken advantage of people doing customer service this way I’ve worked in customer service all of my life and I have never ever treated someone the way that they are treating me where it takes 1 million years about to get a return I always did return returns promptly as soon as they came in the store or over the phone.

Avoid this company!
The dress i ordered, per my measurements and the suggested size, was probly 2 sizes too big and way too long in the front to be able to walk. The photo on their site of the color I selected was misleading, and looks nothing like what I actually received. There were only 2 photos on their site. Their site is shady. When I requested to return the dress (the same day it delivered), their customer service just told me I should have alterations done to make it fit. My wedding was 2 weeks away, no time for that, I just wanted to return the dress that I was unhappy with. They ignored me for a week. No phone number to call them, their online chat bot is a JOKE. I had to fight with them via email to FINALLY give me a return address, and to rub salt in the wound, they tell me they're keeping $100 and not giving me a full refund and that I am responsible to pay the expensive international shipping fees to send it back to China. I'm disgusted and deeply regret buying from this company. I highly advise anyone considering to buy a dress from this company, NOT TO, order from another company that has good ratings. JUNE BRIDALS IS A SCAM.

I found the perfect dress …
I found the perfect dress ordered it and then realized I might need measurement adjustments my wedding was coming up shortly. I emailed customer service they responded very quickly adjustments to my dress would be made without extending the process time. They went above and beyond to assure my dress would get here in time and to my surprise I received it sooner. They turn the dress inside out to protect the material which is an added security it would be delivered in pristine condition

Absolutely terrible experience. DO NO WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!! Very poorly made, cheap material and a non responsive customer service. It’s is impossible to reach anyone at this company and you only get automated or bot email responses. If your dress arrives and it does not fit or it is not made properly or does not match the photo online, good luck trying to return it. They even charge the customer such high return fees and make it so difficult, you will just give up. Just another predatorial wedding business.
