I pre-ordered 3 figures, they were exactly as they were shown on the website at a really great price (compared to what you'd pay over in the uk for them), when they were shipped out they arrived so quickly and they were packaged really well with no excess packaging and no damage to any of the figures. They also added a free gift which was really cool!

I made a pre-order on two figures through Jump-Ichiban because I was struggling to find them elsewhere. It was my first time shopping with them, and since they were offering a product I assumed I was too late to pre-order, I was a little hesitant. However, the team was great about responding to my emails in a quick and friendly manner. In the end, my package arrived early and in great condition (very securely packaged with bonus merch!). For Canadian buyers, the shipping fees are not insignificant and nearly doubled the total cost of my order. If you’re willing to spend a bit extra, they have a wide selection and I was overall quite satisfied with the experience.

I ordered a few suprise gifts for my son not really knowing what to expect. Needless to say I was blown away at the package, delievery and product itself. Everything came in so carefully packaged and super fast. I did have to reach out on one order but customer service was beyond helpful and my order came within days. Overall im truely glad I came across this shop its a gem from the unique products they provide to the execution in delievery and support.

Ordered the Bonds of Fate 2 Genya & Sanemi figure from Jump Ichiban. It was my first time shopping with them so I was a bit worried, but I had a great experience! The figure itself was a really good price compared to some other sites I'd checked, and the shipping was quite reasonable too. It arrived quickly, safely packaged, and in great condition. Will definitely be shopping with them again after such a reliable experience :)

Quick shipping, very thoughtfully packaged and items that are difficult to find elsewhere. Very happy with their service and customer support was friendly too when I had a question. Highly recommend!

I bought 6 figurines for a group of 5 collector + me.
They were no limitations on quantities.
They cancelled my order without any communication from them.And the product is mentioned sold out. Then 2 days after, product is now available with no limitations but surprise surprise, price is no more 160 eur but 320 eur
I asked why and the only response i got from them is :
To protect from reseller and also actual purchase cost ( but it's the same items i bought 160 euros !! they just canceled and make available again), which i would give them the benefits of the doubt if the product wasn't "sold out" and the price hasn't double up.
They also threaten me to ban me from them and their partners.
Well, what about reporting the whole story and communication to Bandai, to see if they confirmed that they double the price and what they think of this kind of behaviour. Don't buy from them, if they can sell it at a higher price they will canceled you, if you argue, they will threaten you.

after buying something i was supposed to get around 5k points, which i did get. but those points only lasted a short while, like around 2 weeks maybe a bit more. this was my first order and i didnt order anything after that, nor did i redeem them. its like they just vanished. i tried contacting them to see why that happened but i havent gotten a response at all.

edit: they say they fixed their points thingy but i still dont have the amount i was promised i would get. when i was buying the product i wanted, it was written that i would get around 5k points when i purchase it. and once i did place an order i did get those points, but after like 2 weeks they just disappeared. i didnt use them or redeem them at all. i also didnt buy any more things. if youre gonna promise your customers something, then keep that promise.

Great company. All figures well packaged, arriving super fast and nice to get an extra gift with my order. Previous purchases the same. If you are after anime merchandise, I would recommend buying from here. Will buy again the future.

Die bestellten Figuren wurden zügig verschickt, kamen in einwandfreiem Zustand an und waren sorgfältig verpackt. Auch die Qualität der Figuren hat meine Erwartungen voll erfüllt, sie sehen großartig aus und machen sich perfekt in meiner Sammlung. Besonders gefreut habe ich mich über die Extra Goodies, die dem Paket beilagen – eine wirklich schöne Überraschung!

Figurine commandée le 12 Août et reçu le 20 Août, en sachant qu'ils ne travaillent pas les jours fériés et le week-end (environ moins d'1 semaine si on compte vraiment), en plus leur expéditeur est FedEx, et ils sont ultra rapide et efficace 😗. J'ai découvert cette boutique il y a peu (involontaire de base), en cherchant un personnage d'anime et je suis tombé sur un de leur article et franchement je sais déjà que je vais de nouveau acheter sur cette dernière à l'avenir 😄. Mais c'est pas tout, la date de livraison prévue était le 21 Août entre 10h et 14h, finalement ça a été un jour avant à 11h 🙏. Ils ont également mis un badge d'un perso aléatoire parmi plusieurs sur la pochette (c'est un cadeau), puis une carte assez sympa de leur boutique 😁. Le colis et l'article en lui même sont hyper bien protégé, et la qualité de la figurine était comme sur les photos (bon après j'étais déjà sur en voyant la marque qui la faisait 😅). Bref, tout ça pour dire que si vous cherchez des figurines, cartes, jeux vidéos, manga, goodies... Eh bah y'a largement assez 👀. Merci encore à eux, et JE RECOMMANDE 🙏✨ !!

My first experience with Jump Ichiban started last year when I was searching for an edition of Jump Giga I could not find anywhere else (at least at any stores that made deliveries to Brazil). And I found it there! I was hesitant at first because of the distance to my country, but the delivery was flawless and quicker than I had hoped it would be. I haven't stopped buying at Jump Ichiban ever since. Their variety of products is amazing and the quality is great; they even send some goodies as a little treat, which is very gratifying. The delivery is SUPER fast, which can be very convenient. I love this store and I definitely recommend it to anime fans in general, but especially to My Hero Academia fans like me! It's totally worth it!

Ive placed 5 orders in total on that website.(ordering to germany) Yes the shipping might come off as alot but import taxes are included if u choose the Fast shipping Option. (They arrived really fast i was suprised)

Ive talked to the support pretty often. So i can figure out stuff or put 2 orders into 1. They help the best they can. All the goodies were a fun surpise.( once it unfortunately didnt fit the theme of the order but i cant complain cause its free :)

One figure arrived in a state which i personally did not like( figure was not standing well) so i spoke to the support and figured something out for my next order.

Overall a good experience and will use the website in the future.

The packaging is really secure; hard box and bubble wrap, I'd feel comfortable buying figures from this website. The website also ships really quickly.

Not to mention one of the few websites that sells Ichiban Kuji prizes separately, which is amazing.

I also got a freebie with my order (A sticker set from a G Prize Ichiban), from the franchise I purchased the items from.

Ordered two figures from Japan to Italy, and not only they came in TWO DAYS LATER with even extra goodies, the customs were also paid online to avoid the box getting stuck at customs.
