They’re a pleasure to work with and are on top of the ball. They keep me updated on what they’re doing, what strategies we’re using or going to use, and how my business is performing. I highly recommend their services.

I’ve been using their Instagram growth package and it’s great. My IG is getting actual followers that watch my stories and like & comment on my content. It’s been the only Instagram growth service I came across so far that is in comparison very reasonably priced for the fact that you are getting actual followers and I work in marketing so that says something. A few adjustments with the targeting had to be made in the beginning but the costumer service was quick and helpful. I recommend it!

Working with the Jumper team has been great so far. Looking forward to seeing what they can accomplish for my foot traffic here locally.

with all the bad comments, I am not sure I'll maintain my meeting with this company...
besides, I do not have the impression that reviews are reals (too vague and too...marketing but nothing specific).

I had my initial call with them, and they set up my free trial. They said they would select relevant keywords with good volume, but that wasn't done. When I had the follow up call, the person apologized and said they would extend the trial. He changed the keywords while I was on the call, but one of them was a very obvious typo. He acknowledged it, and said he would fix it. That was over two weeks ago, and it hasn't been fixed, and there has been zero follow up. Overall, the experience was that this company is not well run and there is a lack of professionalism.

I met all requirements, yet the appointment for my free trial was canceled.

There was no way to cancel. It did not have a live feed for the event they claimed one needed to sign up to view. Scam.

I've used jumper media for a few of my pages and have recommended them to friends. It's been such a turn around on activity and traction/exposure than i've had before! Highly recommend.

They are a scam. They created a scam posting of a live funeral service of a very close friend of mine which was false They used his name and facebook profile without permission from the family to do this as well. They con'd people to believe it and had people sign up using their credit card to sign up for a subscription and the family stated they had no permission to do so. I hope a lawsuit is to follow against this company

BEWARE!!!!!!!! This company is a total SCAM!!!!!!
This company offered me a Subcontractor Job over two years ago. I flew to another state for 5 days, three days of production meetings, 3 days of location scoutings and two overtime 12 hour days of Professional Event Photography Coverage. The client had me upload images night of... Jumper Media was given my payment and never gave it to me. Two and half years later I was not paid for the work done. The owner of this company Jumper Media kept my payment, and never paid me. Two years later in July 2024, the owner of Jumper Media offered to send me $1,000.00 via Venmo, to DELETE my BAD YELP REVIEW. I took the $980.11 that Jumper Media sent me via Venmo. Then, four days later the OWNER OF JUMPER MEDIA, yanked that money back, and Venmo took the $980.11 out of my bank account! He had purchased insurance on my payment of $1,000.00 to delete the bad yelp review because I was never paid for a job 2.5 years later! SO HE said he didn't like my services and got $1,000.00 back on his Amex and then $1,000.00 back via Venmo. Venmo took the $980.00 out of my bank account four days later!!! And now leaving my with a $1,000.00 debt that I owe to Venmo. All due to this JUMPER MEDIA!!!!! Bec the owner of this company got insurance on his venmo transaction with me. I edited my review and he still kept the $1,000.00. So not only was I out $2,800.00 for the job Client flew me out to do, and I delivered my images to night of. But now I am out another $1,000.00 due to this Jumper Media VENMO DEBT!!!!!! Leaving me with $3,800.00 out of pocket. I would never ever recommend working with this company!!! Luckily one month ago, I was able to get a hold of the CLIENT and they finally paid me my original price from the job and my Professional Photography Services from 2.5 years ago. The CLIENT said JUMPER MEDIA paid me. But it was a lie!!! THIS COULD HAVE BEEN A HUGE
© Infringement case!!!! THEY ( JUMPER MEDIA ) LIED!!! The client was using my images online for 2.5 years with out paying me for any photo usage. As I was not paid!!! Thank god the client [aid me directly for the original invoice. But NOW I AM in DEBT TO VENMO Due to this company JUMPER MEDIA for $1,000.00 and will never use Venmo again. BE WARE!!!!! I may take this to CIVIL COURT now!!!!!
In the Future if you want to have a good business relationship with others, you need to resolve this VENMO matter with me!!!!!!! Feel free to text me when you pay back the now incured Venmo debt!
