I wanted more than just your basic digital marketing company for my business. I’ve worked with many in the past and can’t say I was impressed for the price I paid. I’ve been working with Jumper Media for several months now and have received guidance on optimizing my GMB along with results from their services. My business is the first to show up in my area when you search the services we offer! Amazing!

We gave them 9 months to deliver what they promised they could deliver in 3 months. After the first 3 months, they charged us for another 3 months. We told them they didn't deliver anything and they agreed to refund our second payment and work with us to get results. They handed us over to another company to help fix stuff on our website. Minor changes were made but took almost 4 months to get there. We wanted to see the results we were initially promised and spoke to one of their account reps (ours was unavailable for our scheduled call because she was sick). I explained the situation to our temporary rep and he said we should try to get a refund for our initial payment since they accomplished nothing but that I'd have to work with our original rep. I scheduled another call and spoke with her. She seemed understanding. I said I would rather they delivered on their promises than get a refund but that if they didn't think they could or wouldn't try then please refund our original payment. She (Mabel) said she would work with their leadership (Kenny and others) to come up with a plan and get back to me in a week. After two weeks, I followed up with an e-mail. Nothing. After another 1 or two weeks, I followed up again. Nothing again. We were extremely patient with the process. Maybe our kindness was taken for weakness. All we asked was that they do the right thing. They didn't.

I had a meeting and trial with CJ and just wanted to say that it was a pleasure.
I ended up not signing up because I'm already dominate top 3 for most my keywords. It's very uncommon in the marketing world for someone to be honest and tell you that's there's not really much more they can do, versus just trying to take your money.
So in the future I will be starting more GMBs and may utilize your services. But I greatly appreciate that CJ was just honest that my rankings are already extremely good and didn't just attempt to take my money.

I was referred to Jumper Local about a year ago, from another business owner where I live, who had mentioned he had tried everything to get more phone calls, and online bookings, and the only thing that worked for him was this. We started in March for our summer season, our phones have been ringing and people have been booking online, more than we expected. It really helps increase your presence on Google Maps, and your google search rankings. I have been getting people to book trips from over 100+ miles away just from searching on google. They just replaced my account manager, and the new lady is great. She gave us detailed ways of how we can continue to increase our rankings on google search, and google maps. 10/10 recommend for anyone looking to get more business from google maps.

Incredibly unprofessional. Late to the call, representative was completely disengaged - couldn't care less about this important call I scheduled into my very full calendar. We were on the call for 3 minutes and he was burping throughout the 3 minute call. I couldn't believe my eyes. He just went straight to the money - "It's 499 per month. Can you afford that?" My response was, "So that's it hey, jump right to the money? What exactly are you doing for $499 per month?" His response was, "getting you in these top three listings on Google." Yes, I am prepared to pay $499 per month to a company that actually gives a shit about what they are doing and they do it professionally and with integrity. This guy was a slob. Quite unbelievable actually. Sorry.
