Estelle has done a brilliant job sorting out our flat between tenants. She communicated regularly and got everything sorted within a short timeline. She is very efficient in her role.

Julian Wadden took over the management of our property half way through. The general service from Julian Wadden, and specifically Chelsea, was great. Chelsea’s communication, responsiveness and support in managing any issues and the needs of our tenants was excellent.

I don't usually write reviews however i feel this was valid. My property manager Ria has shown how it should be, she goes out her way to show why your paying for a service. Excellent communication, up to date and a smile at the end of the phone.
