Great site but Returns Service not working and no way of contacting Customer Services by Phone
Great site, lovely clothes, easy purchase process and prompt delivery. The coat I ordered in my usual size arrived and it's way too big. I've tried to return via the link to Royal Mail's return service but Royal Mail's website is saying that this retailer is 'not found' and just returns me to their homepage. I have tried calling Jules B but as mentioned by other unhappy customers the telephone line is 'temporarily' suspended. I've sent an email to Customer Care at Jules B but have yet to receive a response and am now very concerned as to how I return this item and retrieve my money.

Excellent legitimate company! Fast and reasonable cost shipping to Canada. Great prices for a brand new brand name blazer. I was skeptical at first having never ordered from either but would order again. 5 stars! Thank you!
A postive experience from start to…
A postive experience from start to finish.I had to exchange the boots I ordered twice due to the size of my particular Sorel boots being quite small, both times the exchange process was seamless.Will definately use again.
Very Disappointing Service
I returned an item which was received on 15 December (tracked by Royal Mail). There has been no acknowledgement of receipt and no refund. I have emailed and not received a response and you cannot contact by phone as their telephone lines are temporarily unavailable. Whilst I realise it is the Xmas period and this is a good excuse for all I think the service is very disappointing and I will not use or recommend this company to any of my friends.
I ordered a jumper on next day…
I ordered a jumper on next day delivery. This is now day 4 of excuses from DPD as to delays in delivery. For goodness sake use another carrier. I will be very reluctant to order again. I spent 3/4 of an hour for customer Service this morning until my phone ran out of battery. Tried again and JulesB not taking calls due to high demand suggested emailing which I already did with no response. This is appalling service.

Ordered designer gloves for daughter in laws birthday, they are meant to come via DOD I’ve had emails and notices they are stuck with DPD? This is over a week, no reply from customer services is this a scam? Worried I’ve been had!
Jules B uses Royal Mail
Jules B uses Royal Mail, which is unreliable versus UPS. Never got my purchase. After 4 weeks I was refunded.

Just wish there would be an option that you do not have to be present for delivery. It’s a bit of a hassle to pick up the package at the post office when you miss the delivery.
Abysmal Customer Service
I’m in US, ordered item, unaware shipping is from UK until receipt order confirmation immediately after placing order. Shipping time estimated to be 5-7 days and signature required. Immediately messaged customer service and let them know to ONLY ship to address provided if item would arrive by a certain day and no signature required. No response. Item shipped. Delayed in customs 7 days. Now arriving today, taking 11 days. Obviously, no longer at address. Customer service has repeatedly not replied to messages and had been unhelpful in any response. I have not called them as they don’t have a WhatsApp number and would be expensive to call from US to UK to resolve. Big hassle. Easily avoided through better site design and customer service.
