2 months ago I made an order in Bulgaria. I must say I liked the quality of the things I ordered. But the delivery experience and the customer service was not okay. My order was sent to a different address by their mistake and of course I wasn't there when they called me to get my package because it's not the address I gave when I made the order. So I had to return it to the near office which cost me more money because delivery is not free. I talked through the phone with the bulgarian customer service and they wanted me to send them documents which say that I paid, however the shipment company didn't give me these documents and I couldn't do anything. However, they didn't even apologize and I left things like they were but with bitter taste of the experience.
But 1 week ago I decided to finally leave a "bad" review of my experience and the polish customer service reached out to me via email. They are really kind unlike their bulgarian colleagues and offered to pay me the delivery (which I declined) and sent me gifts for my baby. Today I received the gifts and I must say that I'm impressed. Thank you, Polish Jukki for your kindness. Bulgarian customer service must learn from you. It's not about the gifts, but about apologizing and making the client a priority. And again, the quality of the products is great.
