I'm very happy with my tumbler and I'm very happy that customer service made there mistake right after I talked to them even though I had to wait 5months instead of 3 months for my tumbler.

Cup doesn’t hold ice more than 5 hours. Straw is bent/warped. Customer service was trash. Would never recommend juggy. Ever.

I ordered the peace and profanity cup which I love! It didnt come with the charms I was so disappointed after a few months I contacted the company and they sent them out right away! Great Customer service and great cups keeps drinks hot and cold for hrs.

I only received 1 of the 2 mugs I ordered in April. They then sent a replacement mug that was not the one I wanted. I contacted them after several weeks I then got my 1st mug again so now I have 2 of the same. I complained again weeks later I got another of my original so now I have 3 of the same. Still not the 2nd one I ordered. Contacted 1st of June still have no response as of July 13th very unprofessional for a USA company...

I preordered a tumbler on 6/7/26. At the time it showed that the tumblers were expected at their wareouse on 6/18/26. That date came and went and I contacted them on 7/2/26 to ask how much longer it would take before it shipped. Now they're telling me it will be mid august because I ordered after May. Nowhere on the product listing did it give a timeline of when your order was placed vs when it would ship. On the preorder page on their website it simply listed they'd be arrive on 6/18/26. The product DID NOT list an early August ship date or I wouldn't have bought it as a Father's Day gift. The product listing and preorder page were both updated after 6/18/26 - I know this because I checked it on 6/18/26 for updates about shipping times - there were none, everything was the same. When I reached out and was told this I requested that my order be cancelled. Well, they don't allow cancellations of preorders unless your order is over 3 months old and hasn't shipped. I can return it after I finally receive it over a month from now, but I have to pay return shipping and I lose the shipping I paid for the cup initially. I wouldn't trust the info on the site for sure, it's obviously not updated as it should be and they just treat you like it's your own fault that the info on the site couldn't possibly have been wrong,

My family and I love our juggys. We've ordered both half gallon jugs as well as the tumblers. Parts are easy to wash, and made high quality. Ship out time took a little bit of time, but I ordered during a sale, took about 4-5 days. I am very happy, as are my family.

I would give them zero stars if possible. Still waiting on an order I placed 3 months ago and it is nearly impossible to get a hold of them.

I ordered a lovely therapist jug. It was advertised with the words not cutting off the handle and some charms. I am beyond disappointed: the mug came with the words cut off and I didn’t get the charms. This company is dishonest. They tried to tell me they’re all like that and I sent them a screenshot of what was advertised. They offered me a measly $6 refund. I told them this was unacceptable and they refunded me $17. This jug was almost $50 and they claimed they had no charms to ship me. I never leave reviews on companies or business but this is egregious. Worst company I’ve done business with in my life. I will not buy from them again.

Fraudulent company. They take your money, don't send the merchandise, and don't answer emails.

I ordered a mug on April 2, 2026, expected ship date was Apr 22 - 26. Reached out on Apr 27, they responded that shipping would be at the end of MAY. Reached out on May 27, they tell me that shipping will be June 8. It's now June 26 and the label for my package was created 5 days ago but still not shipped.

Next week it will be three full months since I placed my order and I doubt that I'll have my mug. They don't allow you to pay with PayPal, I'm guessing that's due to their terrible shipping and customer service.

I placed an order on May 3. By June 19 when I hadn’t received my product and had only received one email from the company advising that there would be a delay (which they exceeded by almost 2 weeks) I gave up and called my credit card company for a refund! I have never ordered anything that took that long and offered such horrible customer service! I wouldn’t have minded a slight delay had they maintained communication with me along the way!

I ordered a bundle that was supposed to come with a tumbler and a bag. I did not get the bag. This wouldn’t be a big deal if customer service would actually respond to correct it, but I’ve gotten no communication through email or Facebook. Disappointing because their designs are cool.

BUYER BEWARE OF THEIR PREORDERS!!! Ordered a preorder, and they changed the date to a month and a half later WITHOUT notifying me of the delay or offering ANY recourse. Canceled the order went around and around with them for a refund, reported to the BBB (WHICH THEY REFUSED TO ANSWER), finally got my refund. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

Ordered almost 60 days ago. No product as of yet. I had to ask where my item is and I'm being told it 'should be' at the warehouse the 12th of June. So that means end of June shipping? So over it. Asked for a refund if I don't get one I'll dispute on my credit card.

I placed a preorder for a single tumbler on April 7. Nearly two months later, I have neither received the item nor any communication regarding its status.

I emailed customer support five days ago and received no response. I followed up again today and requested a reply by the end of the business day.

While delays may be unavoidable, a lack of communication is not. Customers deserve timely updates when orders are significantly delayed. The absence of any response reflects poorly on the customer experience and is not the standard I would expect from a professional business.

Ordered back in March 2026 and have heard nothing, they took my money and I cannot even find my order on their website.
I have sent several emails that will not go thru and I will give it one more week then I will be contacting my CC company to dispute the charge due to payment taken but no product being delivered!
Products look Beautiful in the ads, can't say how they look in person as NEVER GOT MY ITEM.

Still waiting on both the cup I ordered back in March, and the tote bag I ordered for my wife back in April. Juggy has not contacted me yet. I have sent them several e-mails regarding shipping and when I will receive products ordered. Starting to question if this is a legit company or a scam!

Did not send me a cup I did a preorder for in March. I was told it would ship in mid April to early May. About May 10th I started trying to contact them. I sent 7 emails and left countless social media comments. They finally repainted when I threatened them and tried to gaslight me about the preorder as if I was supposed to be getting my cup in the future. I ordered for the last shipment and there was zero communication about the delay or otherwise. I'd leave 0 stars if I could and have started a case with the BBB.
