My experience with Judicare was very disappointing. I approached them for help after my wife died and I needed to transfer her joint share of our property in Italy to my sole ownership. It took 18 months for them to achieve this, during which time they seemed to be unsure of what they had to do, and not very competent in doing it. There were long periods in which nothing happened and they were very poor in communicating the progress. Things only began to improve after 12 months when I had become exasperated and had to insist on a more professional attitude from them.

I Brought a property sometime ago in Cyprus. Unfortunately I defaulted in my mortgage payments due to the Swiss exchange rates Set up with Alpha Bank.
And bad management in rentals income.
