I had to get a leak repaired on a Section 75 and Todd was really reassuring, and made space for us in his schedule. He and Daz had a really tough job getting to the pipe with all the tree roots and concrete in the way, but they did an amazing job and everything was left tidy afterwards. I would definitely have them back for any major plumbing work.

Cannot rate this company highly enough. Came to find and fix an underground leak. Arrived on time, really friendly, honest and just got on and did the job. All done in a day. Thank you so much.

We were extremely worried about an underground leak on our driveway and contacted Todd as a result of a recommendation. He quickly put our minds at rest with his knowledge and clear explanation and, together with one of his team, did an excellent job in fixing the issue. After STW advising we had a leak under our property we found Todd and his team through recommendation! Cannot fault the work done and the reinstatement at the end is very neat also, very friendly, excellent communication, very reasonable price and leak all sorted. Excellent company. Thank you so much for sorting out the water leak. I wasn’t expecting the work to be completed until the 24th as he was due to go on holiday, so it was a lovely surprise when he called in on his way home to assess what needed doing and spoke with Lee, who is fitting my kitchen.

Within a couple of days, he had sent over a detailed quote explaining exactly what work would be carried out. He then managed to fit my job in much sooner than expected, which was a huge help with the kitchen installation underway.

The work has been completed to a very high standard, and he even took the time to sort out the crumbled tarmac around the drain, making everything look much neater and more professional.

In our experience Jtpierpointutilities is a first class small business providing a sensitive and professional service in an area where customers may be understandably anxious. We had a major water leak on our property and opted for a completely new waterpipe with a new access point to our property. The quote was competitive but more significant for us was the manner in which work was conducted. Todd's initial visit was clear, realistic and without any sense of pressure. The job itself was completed exactly as described in 3 days. Todd and Tom arrived early each day and represented a studious, harmonious and knowledgeable team. They were personable with us as clients and constantly lived up to their promise to acknowledge that they were working 'in our home'.
They fully deserved a farewell lunch we prepared on the last day!

I needed a new water feed to my home to improve pressure and flow in the house. Todd and Tom were very quick to respond, visit and quote. They then undertook the work soon and on time and to a very high standard. Todd went the extra mile in sorting out a few associated issues and the results are excellent - I have not hesitation in recommending them.

After being messed around by the big water authorities and having had no clean water in the property for almost two weeks, I had the good luck to contact Todd at JT Pierpoint and the assistance and immediate response was incredible he arrived the following day located the problem and is making every effort to undertake the work as a priority. A service with integrity! Had a leak under my patio. It had rare imported tiles. Todd was very professional turned up when he said he would. Did the whole job in a day including lifting and re-placing the same tiles without breaking them. I wish all tradesmen had his care and work ethic. 10 out of 10.

From my initial enquiry I was impressed with Todd’s attitude to help resolve my water leak. Really good customer service and very professional. He came out to my property early on a Sunday morning to review and offer advice before providing a very prompt quote giving estimates for potential different scenarios.
Himself and Tom arrived on time to start the works and after initial investigations offered advice on different options. We ended up opting to replace the old water supply pipe to the property and relocating the stop tap. They worked extremely hard and carried out the works to a very high standard. I was really impressed with how well they completed the ground works afterwards. You could barely see where they had been and left the job really tidy. Highly recommended!
