JT Pickfords Anmeldelser

Fantastic service everything I wanted and all on time, would recommend to anyone

After being on the lookout for tiles to match our bathroom, came across JT Pickfords, They came securely packed in only a few days..... Brilliant

On 12th Oct. I ordered and paid for 17 boxes of tiles. An email later told me the tiles were now discontinued. By the 19th Oct the money has still not been refunded onto my debit card. An email from Bridgit was appreciated but discontinued tiles should be removed from the website and payment should have been stopped. Very disappointed at the delay in refunding over £330. Looking for wallboards on internet found item on this company’s web site easy to use , placed ordered Friday and the wallboards were delivered Monday , emails were sent to us with despatch note & invoice. The delivery man text to say what time he would be here on the Monday morning and arrived at the time he gave , so thank you.
Excellent service , product excellent quality , good price,.
We also recommended this company to a friend & he also ordered & placed goods .

Fantastic customer service, thank you Bridget for all your help in getting replacement fitting instructions for me!

Amazing service, the most lovely and polite staff I've ever come across and great prices. I've used them for an new ensuite, new downstairs toilet and a replacement shower. Nothing too much trouble even if you order the wrong thing. Couldn't be happier and have told everyone I know....its a little gem 😀

Product was just as described without any issues! Would definitely use this company again as delivery was very quick and also beat the price of other sellers.

We were a bit unsure of what type of new fitments we could have, due to us having a very small bathroom. We were quite overwhelmed with the task of choosing everything from scratch. Then we met Jackie. This lady is absolutely amazing. She went through every item with us helping us along the way at which fittings would be best for us. we are so grateful for her help. We would highly recommend Pickfords as a starting point for anyone, like us, who are unsure what works best for your home. Thanks again Jackie, youre a Star

Good service. Easy collection.

Good servis, very helpful

We bought a complete bathroom online and we picked the wrong bath and needed to exchange , no problem at all with that , one of the units was delivered and had some water damaged ,sent them pictures and got a replacement the same day , helpful staff in store great coustomer service , why go elsewhere,

The prices and quality are first class. The driver was very friendly and helpful. I would certainly recommend them.

Ordered online, then received a text to say it was ready to collect, Covid safe waited in my car and my order was brought out to me.

Great company with quality products at competitive prices. I would recommend this company.

Order processed and delivered quickly. Unfortunately the delivery people gave short notice of its delivery and then changed time slot and ignored my details to leave with my neighbour but it was left behind a plant pot by my front door.

Great bathroom mirror, stylish, stunning and very sturdy. looks amazing on the wall definitely add style to any bathroom. Great price, fantastic value for money, very secure packaging and arrived quickly.

Delivered next day, great product and price
