Hi I phoned Domestic and General on29-01-2026 been having problems with both tv and sky controls explained problems shortly after JST rang me for details of tv photoed label on rear cover the sky control came2days later and the tv control came about week later both working perfectly

Absolutely delighted with the service. I phoned on Tuesday lunchtime, my tv was collected a few hours later and returned repaired by 4pm Wednesday. I was kept up to date throughout the process and found the price very good value for money. I won't hesitate to contact them again if needed. Highly recommended, faultless service.

My request for a new remote control was processed really quickly and efficiently.

My 9 year old Roomba was not charging fully and I booked a repair through D&G. I was surprised that the only repair company was based in Scotland as I am in Surrey. JST arranged for the vacuum to be transported by next day delivery to their address and the repair was completed in just over a week. I was very surprised to see that the vacuum had received a complete makeover, from the main board being replaced, new wheels, new brushes, filter and a new charging dock. After unsuccessfully trying to connect the app to the Roomba, I contacted JST and their customer service was second to none. A huge thank you to Danielle and Joe, both of whom were very helpful and patient with me, whilst guiding me through the reset process.
