Brought a car from JP motors for my first car, Jean was very nice and polite and told us everything about the car we were buying , when we got home the cars engine warning light came on so i messaged jean and he repaired the car straight away with no issues and payed for us, also the clutch on the car was high but this is nothing to do with the company as older cars have higher clutches so we got the clutch changed to help me out as i was struggling to adjust to the clutch in the car i brought compared to the one i practiced in and Jean gave us £50 towards the clutch which was very kind of him to do considering the issue wasn’t of his fault and was just for my own personal preference , over all brilliant company!

I purchased a car from JP Motors on 17th October 2024 via finance with Moneybarn. Within days, parts broke. By January 2025, the car suffered an oil pump failure and internal engine damage, despite only 800 miles. JP Motors arranged repairs through MNM Motors, but the oil light continued to appear.

An independent inspection, using a reputable engineer from a list provided by Moneybarn, confirmed that the lubrication system and wet belt deterioration were already developing at the point of sale, meaning the car had pre-existing faults.

JP Motors ignored my initial email complaint, denied acknowledging the faults, and only confirmed the issue reluctantly over the phone. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend JP Motors.

I am a mum with 2 kids and it is winter and I am now left with very little money and a car that I cannot drive.

JP was fantastic. Friendly and very helpful. I didn't end up getting the car from JP but from the first point of contact to the last, JP was amazing and I can't recommend him enough.

Hi, recently bought my self a car from JP AUTOS and im really impressed with the whole experience. I came to view a particular car, went for the test drive, no pressure to buy the car at all, JP is a really nice guy, polite, pleasant, a gentleman. I did purchase the car that day, he took my old one as part x. Shortly after buying the car there was small issue with it, I called JP and the gentleman that he is he told me take it to garage near his car sales and the issue was promptly and professionally dealt with. I have recommended my friends and family it they're looking for a new car call JP 👍

We went to JP motors to look at 2 vehicles and i can honestly say it was a great service, very polite and helpful, we drove away with two cars the following day very easy to change all details and no hassle, a set of breaks needed changing and that was done for us. Purchased a car from JP…a beautiful Peugeot, my second car since passing my test. JP was super helpful in meeting at a convenient location to view and test drive the car. He’s very friendly and professional and has been amazing in helping me to sort an issue with the car that was no fault of his. After many months of trying to find a suitable car my wife and I found one with JP Motors and traveled 80 miles to view it.
From the start it was clear that Jean-Pierre had taken care of the car. His manner was patient, friendly, helpful and informative, whilst not putting pressure on us. We were able to test drive the car and look over it in our own time without the pressure of being watched. Jean-Pierre aided with the process of insurance, tax etc so that we were able to drive the car away immediately.
It was well worth traveling so far from home to have the assurance that we were able to buy a good car from a trustworthy source.
We recommend this company and would view their stock in the future in similar circumstances in the hope that they had what we required.

I can highly recommend jpmotors after purchasing a fantastic Audi TT from there a few months ago. After first enquiring about the car Jean-Pierre gave me all the relevant information I needed and also a video call so I could see around the car as well.
A couple of days later I travelled up from Kent by train and was picked up at the station by JP in the Audi enabling a good test drive.
I purchased the car and JP sorted out all the necessary paperwork and I was able to drive home within about an hour.
JP is a friendly straight talking man you can trust from my experience and I would definitely purchase from him again.
Good quality stock of cars at fair prices I thought & my Audi I purchased has been exceptionaly well looked after and well presented.

Jean-Pierre is a great guy! Friendly, helpful and professional from the moment I first asked about my car.
I bought my lovely mini clubman a few days ago and it’s a brilliant car inside and out! Part exchanged my car with no problems, would be happy to buy another car from him, though I love my Mini clubman so I’m hoping to keep it for a long time!!!
