Trying to get my order. They took the money thru gateway/Glutman auto parts in redondo beach california. There is no business in redondo beach, ca! placed the order with Shaun Miller JP autpsales in California. They do not answer the phone. They are listed in California 707-474-8029. No answer in NJ phone #347-749-2619.
I ordered the part on 6/5/2023
I ordered the part on 6/5/2023, went to check tracking and no information on the tracking. I contacted the number not working as well as no response from email. It is now 6/14/2023 and still no reply or information . My card was charged for the part. I am going to file a complaint with the BBB and File a police report.
Waste of time and money
Waste of time and money! You can’t get in touch with the company! They do not reply to emails and the phone number they give is not working. They take the money right out of your account when you place an order. I never received the order!

I ordered a towing mirror for my 2012 Silverado 2500 HD. I’n my hast to order it i ordered the driver side but actually needed the passenger side. When I realized my mistake I sent an email to their support team. I was provided a RMA and shipping label within a couple of days. There was questions asked and no fussing. JP Auto came through. The correct mirror has been ordered and shipped already. Thank you JP Auto for providing great service. I will be ordering from you again.

I hate this company! I wish I looked at the reviews before ordering... I really need a mirror, ordered through them and after about 10 days I emailed them for a tracking number or expected delivery and 2 more days later got an email saying they don't have the part. They said they will refund me but now I lost like 2 weeks of time. Not cool!

Wouldn’t even rate it a star they do not respond till about a week later basically called me a liar about purchasing from them when I had the email confirmation that I did will not give me a refund cause guess what I didn’t buy anything when I clearly returned it back to them this place is a joke never again will I purchase anything from them

After another few weeks emailed them again inquiring about order, they said sorry part no longer available but they would refund the amount. Waited but never received refund. I finally contacted Better Business Bureau and with their help I finally received my refund.

ordered 2 struts only received one, two boxes one strut. sent picture of two boxes with note only one strut. they replied received as shipped. scammers!!!!!

Wrong size part, can't get return/refund/exchange
After a head-on collision, I purchased Shocks/Struts for my 2002 Ford Explorer. They arrive. However the set I receive are the wrong size (about 3" too long). I contact JPauto.com to see if I can exchange them for the correct set. No response. I try to return them, no response. I have filed several times in the past month to contact them. THE WORST. No response, no one in customer service. Incredibly frustrating. Don't use them please.
