From the start Sonia and team were wonderful from organising and customising our itinerary to making sure we saw everything we wanted to see. The guides were very informative and were a great help when navigating some of the cities. We felt safe and looked after the entire time. The only improvement could have been a larger car as two of our suitcases were required to be strapped to the roof.

Our driver Gulab was outstanding, he was always on time, drove safely, maintained a clean car and was great fun. We could not recommend Gulab enough.

Overall we had an amazing time and everything was such a breeze thanks to Sonia and Gulab.

Amazingly organised trip. The provided driver Mr Ram was polite and an excellent driver and his car spotlessly clean. Tour guide in Jaipur really focused on what I was interested in and helped me out with photos and my questions. Being a woman travelling alone I was given confidence by this being a female owner business and would not hesitate re to use agains

We did a Delhi - Jaipur - Ranthambore tour and the trip was so well co-ordinated and curated by Sonia. The car and driver we had deserves a 5 star rating - he knew the restaurant spots to stop by on the way, drove safely and provided an effortless journey. Sonia was available on-hand for communication all the throughout the trip via WhatsApp so we didn't need it!
Our tour guide in Jaipur knew everything! From the history of the forts and monuments we visited to hidden gems for shopping - we bought block-printed fabrics and juttis that Jaipur is famous for.
Both hotels in Jaipur and Ranthambore were great. Comfortable stays.. good food.. extremely friendly staff!
We will definitely be using this service again and recommending it to all our friends who want to visit India!

This is an excellent tour company, we cannot say enough good things about it. From the moment I contacted Sonia she has been amazing, she responded so quickly to emails, listened to what we needed and created an individualised tour of the golden triangle which was flawless.

We were picked up from Delhi airport by our obviously very experienced and safe driver Mahendra, who was kind and welcoming and negotiated the Indian roads and traffic effortlessly. Everyday he picked us up punctually and with a smile and took great care of us.

In every city we visited a personal guide appeared as if from nowhere to show us around. Ankash, Malik and Satis had fantastic knowledge, good sense of humours and were able to balance the need for free time with providing a comprehensive overview of their cities. The tour would not have been the same without them.

We also had some time in Ranthambore where safaris had been organised and we did see an elusive tiger along with myriad other wildlife.

All hotels provided were of an excellent quality, comfortable and safe. Sonia even met us on the first day to introduce herself and to tell us her inspirational story of how and why she set up her agency, which was and still is for the intention of providing safe travel for women (and now families/ groups) and employing women. We felt that contributing directly to the Indian economy and helping to provide work for local people was so important and better than using a UK based tour company. All transactions done via credit card with full protection in place.

If you are looking for a safe, reliable, comfortable, informative and immersive tour of India then Joyful Holidays is most definitely the company for you. Highly recommended.

Sonia couldn’t have planned a better trip for my sister and I. We spent two weeks traveling through Rajasthan, Delhi, and Agra. Highlights included a desert camp in Jaisalmer, a visit to an elephant sanctuary near Jaipur, walking through the spice market in Delhi, and experiencing Pushkar at sunset. We felt so safe, had really knowledgeable drivers, and guides. And especially loved when we got to try local street food.

I have enjoyed all of it, the hotels, Delhi, and Agra. Taj Mahal is breathtaking. Jaipur was stunning and beautiful, and all the guides were very helpful, informative and friendly, and our driver was friendly. All the hotels were superb, comfortable, and in nice areas.

Wow wow wow! Vivek and his driver deserve 10 stars for our tour! We learned, we laughed and we were looked after from start to finish and every step in between. Our tour was an absolute seamless experience. Vivek showcased the vast contrast of sights in Delhi old and new plus the amazing sights of Agra and the Taj Mahal. Vivek was natural and passionate thoughout his delivery. We learnt so much without even realising! If you want to make the most of your time then you really should book a tour with Vivek!

We have spent the last week travelling the Golden triangle in India. We used joyful holidays when booking this trip to New dehli and we were not sorry. From start to finish Sonia and her team were very professional. Sonia kept in constant contact with us for the week and make sure everything was going to plan. We did the 7 day Delhi Agra Jaipur Udaipur tour and truly enjoyed the whole trip. It was well planned by Ms. Sonia ji and her team, where we were provided with local guides for each city that were extremely knowledgeable and welcoming. The main highlight was having the best driver Mr. Gulab ji, who not only was extremely professional in driving and keeping the car super clean and took good care of us, but was also very knowledgeable, pleasant and kind. My wife and I chose this tour through a Google Search for our first journey to India. From the very first interaction with Vivek I was extremely impressed. Not knowing what to do, he helped to guide me and educate me about the different options available.

We chose their Golden Triangle Tour where we got to visit and experience Delhi, Agra, and Jaipur. It was a truly special time for the two of us.
